Had a great stay at Pullman during my quarantine period. Staff was very helpful and attentive and I had great meals all the time. Certainly felt like a holiday more than quarantine. Only drawback was that the cleanliness of the room could have been improved as I saw some dust when I had just checked in. Unfortunately there’s no way the room can be cleaned while you’re in quarantine. But this was more than made up by the fact that the staff made me feel comfortable throughout my stay.

In these times of restrictions it is so refreshing and appreciated to see Pullman G offering their full range of services. The Executive Lounge is open and provides a quality a la carte breakfast and in the evenings a quiet retreat for canapes. Again good qua;ity foods and drinks available. A special thank you to the (female) chef who prepares delightful canapes ( especially the duck breast with pumpkin). Thank you. Many staff all provide efficient and friendly service. Thank you to Henry for his assistance with a problem ( not Pullman G). Also thank you to May, Ying and Pang. Pullam G provides a relaxing environment and all services I wanted were available.

After several business stays at Pullman Sukhumvit I 1st timed stayed for 3 days vacation at Pullman G. And it was as expected , great. The Location is perfect to reach everything within 30min. Silom road guides you direct to Chaya Praya River and all Shopping facilities in Bangkok. BTS Skytrain is easy to reach and in 3 stations you reach heart of Bangkok , Siam.

Pullman Bangkok Hotel G is in an ideal location on Silom Road surrounded by restaurants and easy access to transport. The hotel has modern rooms with all the mod cons. Service is very good, staff are obliging and breakfast buffet has everything. The pool area and gym are excellent.

My favourite hotel in Bangkok. Perfect location close to Silom. Nice swimming pool, gym and sauna. I love aftrenoon snacks and drinks in Business Lounge. My only remark is that during breakfast the food should be replaced quicker, I know that most of the customers can come at the same time and they can used up eveyrithing, but someone should check it and replace food much quicker (I was waiting even 30 minutes for some things). The rest was perfect.

My request for a high floor was taken care for . The welcoming by the bell boy and the receptionist was very warm and efficient . The room is quite large and very nice decorated . The reception area is of a new ( very modern) concept , which shows a vey open minded approach . We just loved it !

It was a nice stay. The hotel room was clean and spotless. I wasn't a big fan of the interior design because I felt it was a bit 'empty' (with all the white paint etc.). However, the service was top-notch and I had no issues with the room and daily house keeping. Will I stay again? Most likely if I end up in Bangkok again.

Upon our check in, I noticed that one of the water cup was filled with water which shouldn’t be. Found some hairs in the bathtub. Also, card keys that we got didn’t work well. Had to try to put it back in and out at least four times.

We spent 7 nights in Pullman G Silom Bangkok on family trip and I must say everything was excellent. The location of the hotel is quite close to all the destinations that you must visit in the city. As for the room, comfortable ,very very spacious and cushy beds that are pure white and comfyyyy. Breakfast a la carte in the lounge was great and arranged with a taste in the plate. Great, organized and friendly staff.

We chose the hotel for viewing the New Year fireworks along the Chao Phraya River and it was totally worth it. Though the room was rather worn down and much smaller than expected, we had an amazing view from the 30th floor. The access to Executive Lounge was excellent. The attentiveness of staff was beyond expectation and the light evening snacks with beverages, cheese, cold cuts, and salad was rewarding. Great choice for a short stay.

The room we had was bright and trendy. The staff were friendly and caring. I am a member of the Accor Plus member and was a bit disappointed that the usual benefits of an Accor Plus member did not apply at all restaurants. The buffet breakfast was good for Asian choices but lacking for western choice. Be aware that the pool is very small.

Hassle free check in upon arrival with Vincent's assistance. He was extremely patient with my questions on payments and deposits. Room was ready when we arrived at 11am. Room is clean and spacious as shown on website. Buffet variety is ok. The setback is noodles and rice is not as warm as expected. But we were more happy to be greeted by all friendly staffs who made an effort to keep up conversations. We extended our stay but i would say the last few days weren't as quiet. There were renovations going on in the morning and we were not informed any earlier. Overall a clean hotel with very helpful and friendly staffs, location is close to Chong Nonsi BTS and many spa around. Will definitely return and hopefully hotel is all renovated.
