I spent 4 nights in the hotel for my solo trip to Hanoi and everything is perfect. Great thanks to the staff for the hospitality! I know most negative comments about this hotel was its distance to the old quarter for tourists, but to be honest, I don't regret staying away from the dirty, noisy and unorganised district so I could breathe and sleep properly.. Grab is always available when you want to travel there during the day. The hotel was also accommodating to my vegetarian diet too! Thanks a lot for that!

The recent stay at Novotel is a nightmare. I regretted staying there and regretted that I did switched to this place.

- Poor service to a Platinum member. When checking in I asked for breakfast restaurant and they told me my booking is not with breakfast included, and I have to explain its my benefits, and then they realized although I had mentioned before that I am the Platinum member before. - No room cleaning service in the morning, they might forgot to turn off no disturbance button when preparing the room at the very beginning. I left the room and 7 and return late with a room not cleaned up. Didn’t have any face to face or any kinds of apologize during the call. - On the final day, rush to call me to check out and didn’t bother offer me late check out time. When asked, I mention I might have to late check out at 6, they explained to me that I would have to pay 1 night more since hotel is full (unbelievable that this was full on Tuesday when in the morning I hardly find more than 5 guest having breakfast at 9am). Finally, they gave the deadline 5pm, so I have to shorten the meeting to return and checkout the room for them at 3pm so that they can serve another guest) - Believe this? Gave me welcome drink voucher when checking out. Actually there is no any kind of welcome hospitality greeting in the room to a platinum member until I called them ask them to clean the room. Giving me the welcome drink voucher when I checked out - what’s the point, do you understand what welcome drink mean? and no bother sorry for that while busy give me the mini bar bill. No, thanks! - Points and nights not added 2 days after checking out. Maybe they are so busy counting customers not coming back to this facility. On overall, this is beyond worst to a loyal returned customer, a platinum title worths nothing! I might have to return here next trip to Hanoi since this is the closest Accor to the office. Hope Novotel does a better job giving the welcome drink at the beginning or at least during the stay, in stead of checking out. Greets your customer more, especially the loyal guests. Learn to apologize if you made mistakes, and wish for returned guests.

When you are far far away from home, this place really makes you feel like home. Fantastic service from all level. My favourite hangout place in this hotel is the L2 Restaurant. Not because of the food but the personal attention given to me. Kudos. Keep up the good work. Breakfast choice selection can be better. Overall is a great hotel to stay.

I have waited 6 months to write this review and I am delighted to do so. Myself, my wife and our 2 year old checked in on June 30th 2021 for a week. It ended up staying at this hotel for SIX months and yes you read right .. And we did so because we were made to feel totally at home by every member of staff. From the reception desk, to the car park attendants . Everyone went out of their way to provide all the comforts and more . We were upgraded to a deluxe suite- 2 en-suite bathrooms , 3 ( yep you read right) tvs, fully equipped kitchen , washing machine , coffee machine , living area , and way more . Just brilliant!! The restaurant team were fabulous and took great care to help us . Every morning. We came down to a table that had already been set with our favourite juices and foods- and a special mention to Mr Dat the incredible Head chef . He even cooked a close to perfect Beef Wellington for me ! Room Service was first rate they came each day bang on time and I don’t recall ever having an issue in the entire 6 month stay. The other facilities - especially the gym were all well maintained and spotlessly cleaned - I spent many a productive day in the gym space which is extremely well equipped . On a personal note and on behalf of my family — a massive think you to Mr Christophe - the GM of both Novotel Suites and The brand new Novotel Thai Ha- his warmth and understanding , his keen care as to our wellbeing and his general kindness was a treat and no doubt can be a lesson to many other GMS out there !! His stamp can be see on all the staff.. as they exhibit kind and caring, professional and selfless qualities - above and beyond. Also Thu Minh Nguyen who supports him , and was co Stanton available and brilliantly helpful - a huge asset to Mr Christophe, the team and Accor. Oh and bottom line - definitely stay here .

Perfect place for bz trip in terms of hospitality. Morning buffet couldn’t be better. Room was so cozy to have a deep sleep. Response for replacing a hair dryer was so quick. I would like to recommend Novotel to frequent business travelers.
