Great ratio for the room. Regular attention from the employees. Restaurant very expenssive for an approximative cooking even if the card tease the appetite (had one lunch and 2 diners, cold plates, service very approximative and no attention from the employees paid to the customers).

Хорошее расположение отеля, хорошо подготовленный и вежливый персонал. Однако есть несколько замечаний - в номере не совсем хорошо работает Вентиляция так как ощущаются запахи из кухни ресторана. Завтраки в целом хорошие. Обед не понравился. Вам надо менять повара. Это моё субъективное мнение, хотя в прошлом, я имею достаточный опыт управления сетью отелей.

One of my favorite Novotel. Perfect service (Mr Przemyslaw, the Receptionist and the Barman are the best examples), very good breakfast, perfect location. Unfortunately the price went up for the room and the parking. It might partly be because of new ACCOR booking system showing strange prices. So I will wait for some nice promotion and then come back.

Clean, comfortable, and well designed rooms. Tasty and healthy breackfast with a lot of choices. Nice people around, everyone was super helpful and friendly. Definatly Novotel quality. Very good localisation, close to the city center. Totally recomend!

The room was clean, with modern design. Rich selection and tasty food for breakfast. Excellent location close to walking zone - Piotrkowska street. Although it was a miserable April day (rainy and foggy), we felt good because we found everything in the hotel. Good start to do sightseeings. Piotrkowska has complemented our pleasure. This hotel is ideal for one day or more stay in Lodz.

Very good check in experience. Nice stylish room with excellent bed and big bathroom. Desk could be somewhat bigger. Breakfast in buffet with good choice. Staff is fluent in English and is helpful. Smooth checkout.

I recommend this hotel when you visit the city Lodz. Novotel is ideally suited for families with children, 2 children can stay in the same room with parents. Very welcoming reception staff. Breakfest ok.

Comfortable modern designed rooms. Clean. Ample parking and easy to find. Location close to shops and restaurants. Quiet. Recommend the Polish restaurant around the corner. Portions are large so do not over order.

I stayed on enight in this hotel. Room was very clean and comfortable. Perfectly situated nearby the main street - Piotrkowska. Easy access by car, not too expensive guarded parking. Very tasty breakfast.

Very good hotel for the business travellers, convenient location, very clean, reasonable priced. Staff is friendly and breakfast is good too. The bed was comfortable. Nothing really to complain about, will stay there again.

I stay here a couple of times per year, it is always a pleasure to stay here. Nice building and rooms. Close to shopping center and nice restaurants. I used a hotel bike for the first time to go to my destination in the city, that was great, much faster than by car and no problems to park.

The service i received was second to none, I couldn’t find any fault, all the staff are friendly, the room was excellent, the breakfast was fantastic, overall cleanliness of the hotel was fantastic, in fact it was an amazing experience, I asked for 1 hour late checkout, I was given 2 hours without hesitation, I will rate this hotel as 5 star, because all the services I got were 5 star. I certainly will recommend this hotel to anyone. brilliant.

I had stayed for 4 nights at Novotel Lodz. The check in was smooth as I had done an online check in prior to arriving. The rooms are slightly small compared to other similar range hotels but are clean and the toilets are spot on. Breakfast was adequate compared to other hotels in Lodz (I have stayed in quite a few). However, the biggest disappointment for me was the reception staff and service. I had pre-booked a late check out of 5pm by paying a charge. But on the day of departure, I was told that I would need to vacate the room by 2pm. I had an evening flight and hence I had paid extra for a late check out but the receptionist did not bother and simply said the hotel was overbooked. Finally, to add to the disappointment, when I did check out at 2pm, I was told that I had to pay for my stay when I had already pre-paid for the entire booking. The receptionist did not believe me (so much for customer service!) and told me that I had not paid for the accommodation and I would need to do it now. I was certain I had paid and told her she can contact her management to find out. She then asked me to show me her bank statement to prove that the payment had been made. Can you believe that. I did not have phone banking or the app, and told her it is difficult for me to show her the statement without access to my laptop which was in my suitcase. My taxi was waiting outside and charging me for waiting time. She said I would need to pay unless I show her proof through my statement! I then somehow managed to log onto my bank's website via my phone and showed her the transaction. She was then convinced. When asked about the invoice, she said I would receive later as she cannot process this then (I did get the invoice later though). The least she could have done was to apologise, but nothing at all! I am not at all happy with the service of this hotel and would advise to stay at Doubletree by Hilton (which is the best in the area) or Hotel Ambassador Premium which is actually next door to this hotel and though new, it's service is way better than Novotel's!
