Average stay, rooms without fridge, their was a cooler outside the hall it had cold water just 2 daya only, prices wasn't so fixed sometimes I got a better rate than accor . Other than that nothing much to be mention.

Overall rate for this hotel property is great. Customer service is great and most of the staff is very friendly and helpful especially for those staffs service in restaurant. I really enjoyEd the food and drinks at this hotel restaurant. I recommend to stay at this hotel since value for money.

Been your regular guess for past few years and actually found the services getting better. Start from check-in, greetings, compliment things, during stay, breakfast until check-out. One thing for my concern is your fast staffs turn over. Have feeling comfortable to some of them but found it no longer with the hotel. Honestly is quiet hesitate to always being known by new staff, seems not feel homy anymore since always has to introduce and doing the standard procedure. Credit to Ana who always taking care of me especially every breakfast time. Miss of some treatment and hospitality that usually always being given and actually was very good from your previous staffs.

I booked for a night here and extend the next day. I was so unhappy with the staff that keep asking on the payment few times before I check out. I am silver member, and been staying in IBIS few times. I felt so unsatisfied with the service apart of the hotel is OK and cheap.
