Awesome staffs from Reception, Cafeteria and Housekeeping. All of them are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I would strongly recommend this place for stay as its safe and comfortable. Most important, if you require any assistance, the staffs are there for you to provide their assistance whatever they can at their means.

Perfect budget hotel for the night before your flight!

We were leaving Malpensa early the next morning and we wanted a hotel close to the airport (not at the airport which often are too expensive and too noisy). The Ibis was perfect for that: affordable, clean as all Accor hotels are and a reliable shuttle (very prompt and less than 10 minutes from the airport). The staff is very helpful, efficient and courteous. The rooms are basic but spacious and the beds are comfortable. IF I fly out of Malpensa again, I will definitely stay there again.

Very efficient hotel, good bed, good douche. Possibility to eat late and early. Transfer by shuttle to and from the airport for free. Wait at the arrival, gate 10 where all the hotel shuttles stop. White Ibis/Novotel van. Same place for drop off. 10’ drive. Best to reserve.

We chose this hotel because we had to take a flight from Malpensa. The WiFi service was very good and the size of the room was comfortable The quality and the variety of the breakfast was below standard, for example Ibis Styles of Sallanches (near Chamonix) was way much better

we used the hotel as a base to visit nearby lakes and cities. installation are very good. breakfast and dinner better than expected. all staff very professional and courteous. but I would like to mention especially Francesco Facchi… very near to Malpensa airport, hotel has a bus to take you there cheaply. one of the best ibis we have been lately. and we have been to a lot in many countries.

The hotel is in a very convenient location. Not too near the airport and near enough to the west of Milan. Furnishings are nothing special, but clean and functional. No silly gadgets to make one think its a better place. The staff are all very nice and friendly and helpful

Perfect hotel for those who want to be near Malpensa. The village is sleepy and quiet but it has one small supermarket (carrefour express) and a few good cafes, pastry shops and good pizza take aways. The rooms are the standard ibis red but they unfortunately don't have a kettle which is common in Italy. The breakfast is the industrial junk food type breakfast common in Italy. It is basically white flour in a dozen variations (white bread, donuts, croissants, biscuits etc.) with the sickly juices from a carton and the 'jail house' cold boiled eggs, cheese and sliced cold meat. Best to avoid. The staff is friendly and the front desk staff were particularly kind and helpful, especially Gerica!

This hotel was reasonable, staff great, helpful as usual. Breakfast didn't look that good. Main complaint was we had asked for a room in a quiet area which we got in one respect, inside the hotel. However lots of noise around 1 - 2 am as truck deliveries were made down the ramp directly behind us. Yes we had the window open, but the room would have been too hot with it closed. They don't turn on the A/C in many parts of Europe this early in the year unlike North America where you can access it most of the time.

The room was generously sized, immaculately clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast good quality and generous. We have stayed here over a number of years and it has never disappointed. We have seen, however, as the hotel has become more successful and well known that car parking has become ,on occasion, something of an issue because of the presence of a significant number of coaches taking multiple car parking spaces. Otherwise excellent.

This hotel is very convenient to Malpensa Airport. It runs a shuttle every 30 minutes to and from the airport. The staff is efficient, the restaurant is adequate and friendly, and the accommodation is plain but comfortable.

The only customers this hotel cares for is from Costa Cruise so others pl dont stay unless forced or have no choice

I have been staying here regularly over past few years .. however as a Platinum member of Accor hotels I think I should start looking out for options around Malpensa airport and there are plenty i believe may not be from Accor group but other brands . The check in was not welcome as I am used to get . I asked for a room on a specific floor and the answer was not available the same was for upgrade and i was told not possible . even the welcome drink voucher i have to ask for . The room heating was non existent and when I requested i got funny answers . so much for the energy saving that even in low temp situation room heating was not switched on . On my first night they switched off the room heating around 10 pm in the night and it was switched on only when I persisted the next afternoon . this is silly to say the least . I think i am done with this hotel for future and will not stay here until I have no other choice. The two stars are for the Restaurant service and Shuttle bus service .. for everything else i would like to give a big zero .
