Situated in a busy retail park, just off the motorway network. There are a wide selection of retail shops close. The hotel has free parking, ( the best rooms over look the car park ) It has been recently re furbished. Sleep quality was good, but the air con was non function Staff very friendly and helpful.

This was our second time to stay here and we will be back again. Though the room we had this time seemed smaller than our last one it had all we needed. It was clean, comfortable and cheerfully designed. The staff were always helpful and happy and the food was excellent. We will be back for sure and looking forward to it.

Stayed at the hotel on 02.01.22., I always choose this hotel because I like the location and have never had any problems before. But the last stay at the hotel upset me greatly. At 0400 in the morning, I stated that bedbugs were crawling on the bed, there were dozens of them. All of them was eaten well, some of them I killed and they were full of blood. I went immediately to the reception desk and the guy from the reception changed my room, there were no bugs there, but the rest of the night was ruined, I had to get up all the time every half an hour and check for bugs. In the morning, when checking out, I was very surprised by the reaction at the reception desk, the girl said that she believed that the incident was over, since they given me a different room , she said about the bugs that was my foult, because it was possible that I kept the room window open, and they flew in, seems like bedbugs probably flying in Spain,that is something new for my knowledge. Also, the cleaning lady checked the room in the morning, and found no bugs. It is logical that night insects not marching on the bed during daytime I would not like to bring these passengers home with my luggage. I was completely dissatisfied, both with the unsanitary conditions and also with the attitude in the morning at the reception, I at least expected an apology and would like to hear what the insect control service will be called I filmed a video with a bed where bugs are crawling and I think to put it as an advertisement for a hotel on the Internet. For now I will think twice if I'll stay next time at ibis hotels net.. Please avoid from room 118 for time being

Hotel is in a good position near a shopping centre and plenty of restaurants. Our room was on the ground floor at the back and so was very quiet, bed was comfortable and shower room was very well equipped. All I can say about the breakfast was it was excellent with plenty of choice we ate in the bar area as we had our dog with us but that was no problem. This hotel was so good we have already booked our room for the return trip as we did not want to miss out.

The hotel was in a good location for us on this occasion. The staff were really helpful and we liked the ample free parking, important to us. The hotel was easy to find and the room was spacious and clean. It was a very comfortable bed and pillows, the new style from Ibis. The only downside was that the TV did not have the facility to have international programs in VO. Most TVs do that now so was disappointing. We told the desk and they did try to rectify the problem but could not TV to old.

We had a good time at the Ibis in Alfafar. Very conveniently situated for out of town large retail stores, and easy access by local train into Valencia city centre. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly.

E very good option. Clean and airy. Clean towels and sheets. A little bit used furniture. Average breakfast. Fresh squized orange juice. Good coffee.Nice staff. Large parking. It is far from city center.

The hotel is very cosy in the sorrounding of many restaurants - mainly Japanese and American cousine.There is free parking in the hotel. Staff is nice and helpful. There rooms are clean and the breakfast od good.

On our road trip to Algeciras, this was the second time we were staying at this hotel and since our last visit in 2016, the lobby and dining area has undergone very nice renovations which make the ground floor a very comfortable place to work & lounge. The outside terrace is also very pleasant. The rooms are the standard Ibis, with nos surprise, good or bad.

Nice and clean Hotel, very friendly service. The surrounding has lots of restaurants and shops. The bus near the hotel brings you directly to the old town of Valencia, where you can take the sightseeing busses to explore the city.

Check-in ok, breakfast was good choice. The usual Ibis room where you can sleep well.Shower good. TV channel choice is ok. At least 3 English speaking news channels, which is unusual in Spain. Location near several (fast-food) restaurants.

Room was basic, but sufficient for our purposes. The receptionist was learning so struggled a bit taking payment from us and sorting our room, however was very pleasant and welcoming. Breakfast was good.

Good rooms,in one of the rooms airco failed, very good bed. In one of the rooms the lavabo failed. Very close to shops. An egg in the morning would be nice, but apart of that breakfast was very nice.

This is the fourth time we have stayed at this Ibis. It is an ideal location for an overnight stop over for us. It is easy to access from the autopistas, is clean with friendly and helpful staff. Within walking distance there are a number of shopping outlets if needed.

Keeping up to the usual high standard of Ibis Good tasty breakfasts. Good location for getting easily into the city. Some good restaurants nearby. Safe parking. Nice outside garden area for breakfast. Helpful staff.

Very good Ibis hotel, staff very attentive and friendly. Situated on the outskirts of Valencia but on a bus route into the centre. Stayed 2 nights and on our return on the second afternoon we found that the room had no electric supply. This was reported to reception and we waited for reaction. 20 minutes later someone came to look, went away to find the key to the room fuse box. This took another 10 minutes, to find nothing wrong, but still no electric. 15 minutes later (now 45 minutes from reporting the fault) we were offered another room. We moved our things to this room only to find that there was No electric either. Staff panic!! Some while later we were moved to the 3rd. room which did have a electric supply, now over a hour after reporting the fault. As we checked the 2 previous rooms to see we had all our things, lo and behold the electric came back on. Someone must have found a master circuit breaker. Throughout all this all the staff we came into contact with were great. However on checking the account on our return home I found that despite the 15 minute promise to resolve all problems I had been charged the full amount, maybe this is because I had pre checked in and out, so maybe a credit is due to me. So far 4 days after leaving I have not received it. Note to hotel. I will be happy to receive any credit in points to the value due. Other than this we would stay at this hotel again.
