George, Sherri and Breakfast attendant all very friendly. Room very clean and comfortable. Breakfast had Waffles, Scrambled Eggs, Potatoes, Sausage Links, Yogurt, Fresh Fruit. Afternoon Cookies, Lobby iced Water and Water Bottle Welcome appreciated.

The set up and rooms seemed clean and functional. Front desk clerk and lobby area were nice. I would recommend if you are looking to stay at a place in the Scottsdale Quarter that isn't trying to take all your money!

Such a great experience. My husband called to let a staff member, Shay, know it was our anniversary, and she went out and grabbed a bottle of wine and treats for my room from him to surprise me. George is wonderful too, so caring with customer service.

Everything was great. Highly recommended. Staff helpful, rooms clean. Strong wifi signal (free). Complementary breakfast was better than most with eggs bacon sausag waffles fruit yogurt juice coffee little packs of instant oatmeal. Plenty of water pressure in the shower. We had a great stay and will stay here again.

Over priced for such a small room. There is no way that room should have a rack rate of $699 for one adult and $799 for two adults. The maintenance schedule for the property had someone mowing the very little grass they had at 5:30 in the morning. Many of the signs on the building were missing approximately half of the lettering making the signs extremely difficult to read. The staff were intensive but not friendly. Not a horrible experience, but not worth the price paid either. The breakfast was the best part, and it was a little dry.

The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is that this isn't the most fancy hotel. Otherwise, you cannot go wrong. They have the most caring staff (George) really really stands out but everyone is excellent in customer service! Good breakfast (free) with many choices, cookies or fruit, veggies and cheese and crackers for snacks in the afternoon. Pool and gym available. Plenty of parking and about 10 minutes to Mayo Clinic Phoenix.

Spent 4 days here, and the ENTIRE staff was wonderful in every way ! Any request I had was, ( just a couple smaller favors) was takin care of immediately ! The accommodations themselves were simply right on, like a 4 star environment ! Thank you to the Staff. I will be spreading the very good word !

The hotel was very well kept. It is always nice to have breakfast included, however, there was a terrific array of restaurant options and amazing shopping nearby at the Promenade and a CVS across the driveway. The staff was always smiling and helpful despite the VERY busy President's Day holiday weekend. I was specifically impressed by the attentiveness and conscientiousness of the staff. A guest mistakenly awakened me at 1:30 in the morning. When I awoke again that morning ; ) I was greeted by a hand signed, personalized apology note and Starbucks gift card placed under the door from a staff member -- Wow! I was surprised in that I had not called to complain or mention this to anyone such that there would be no particular reason for the staff to be on alert or on notice for an unhappy guest. I only wish I could decipher the signature as I'd be thanking the staff member by name. I highly recommend.

Stayed here one night, January 17, 2018 to attend the Barrett-Jackson show. They only had one room left so we grabbed it. It was clean, is in a great location and the front desk staff were awesome! The free breakfast was tasty and very handy. I'd go back!

Newly remodeled modern rooms. Has frig, microwave large wardrobe cabinet, coffee maker. Large clean shower. Stay includes great breakfast of eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereal, breads, omelets and more. Very reasonably priced.

Excellent value for your money; amiable and helpful staff; very useful free shuttle (within 5-mile radius). Gave me a very satisfactory rebate when my TV did not work and the pool was out of order.

Fantastic hotel for the price. Love the free breakfast with eggs waffles and breakfast meat, even omelets from time to time. Sausage biscuits and gravy is very good too! Comfortable, clean and priced right.

Nice little road stop that was clean and moderately well kept. A little on the older side with some slight odors in the air. Nothing crazy. Great value for the price though.

Overall a great experience. Room was cleaned while I was out, the tiny bottles of shampoo, conditioner, etc. were replaced, check in and check out were painless. Only complaint I have is the Jacuzzi in the pool area was not on, and the walls in the hotel room are pretty thin.

Friendly staff and people visiting. Good mix of business clientele, families and some people that are there to go to local hospitals for treatment. Breakfast is always good and I like that you can get breakfast from either the Sleep Inn or the Hampton Inn next door. It is a good change of pace.

This place really hit it out of the park during my week-long visit to Scottsdale. The room was very clean with all the amenities (microwave, refrigerator, wi-fi, hair dryer, iron, cable TV, etc.). The housekeeping staff was always very respectful and helpful, and the desk staff was great too. I was never disturbed or bothered by noisy guests, and the price was really great! Quiet-Clean-Affordable! Thanks for making my visit so enjoyable.

This was my 2nd stay in the last 2 years. Great discount for Mayo clinic. It was very clean, access to many restaurants, shopping and hospital. Breakfast was very good and was different on the 2 days. Waffles eggs and cheese bacon, cereals fruit juices and yogurt.

Overall it was fantastic for the price. While it may not look like much from the outside, the actual rooms were great. There was a large king sized bed, big screen TV, microwave, fridge, nice cabinets, and most importantly good air conditioning for each individual room that you can control. It is also conveniently located near a lot of stores and restaurants. There weren't many other guests, so it was very quiet and peaceful. The staff members were pleasant and helpful, although we didn't interact with them very much. Since we only stayed two nights and were gone all day, we didn't use any of the other amenities, so I can't comment on that. We mostly​ just care about the quality/comfort of the room, and for about $100 a night it was an amazing deal for a quality hotel. For that price, you can't have unrealistic expectations of resort quality pools and other amenities, but for what we paid, we got everything we expected and more, and I genuinely don't have anything negative to say about it.​

It was clean and well maintained. The room smelled fresh. The only downside side was the noisy fridge and air conditioner.

So nice, kind and welcoming - I'm delighted to be here! The good folks at the front desk made the shuttle available no worries and on-demand. The lobby is great and the rooms are second to none - I've stayed at lots of places for work, and this one is a keeper for me.

Always our choice to stay when were in the scottsdale area. Rooms are always clean an beds are comfortable. Plus they have a wide variety for breakfast. They make it easy for us an its close to the Mayo clinic hospital.

Clean and friendly, great breakfast, gym, pool and hot tub available, close to shopping, but kind of secluded. Felt secure leaving my vehicle in the parking lot.
