Totally understandable due to covid pandemic, so maybe the hotel is missing some positions. Reception-front staff is nice and fast. generally staffs look young but somehow they make me feel lacks of enthusiasm, hospitality. Especially the Spa, they don’t meet Accor’s standard. I checked in at arround 6pm, went to swimming pool at 7pm, no staffs, no towels, asked spa reception for help and the answer is that i should bring from my room. I don’t know if this is hotel policy or not. I know it’s Ibis brand but as an Accor member, the hotel staffs really need to improve.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was good and the price of the room was reasonable. Great hotel I'm sure I will be back next time I visit my son

New hotel with good facility's for very reasonable price , nice rooms above my expectations , friendly staff , just F&B can be improved . location is good not directly at the seaside but only 5 min walk. value for money.

This is a nice new property just one block back off the beach a fairly central to everything. The rooms are comfortable with great views from the beach facing higher floors. Just a couple of things, a decent cuppa tea would have been nice not all guests are from Asia. Food and beverage service was good however the quality of food left a bit to be desired. The most enjoyable part was the friendly and attentive service that we received from all staff, thank you so much.

Landed at 10pm. Upgraded me to a very nice room. Friendly and helpful people. The room was very clean, with lot's of emenities. Shower in good condition. Left at 6am from hotel. Only 1 person at counter and was busy. 5 min .later 2 more joined. Totally took 10-15 min at check out.

As an Accor gold member I got a room upgrade to Family Room. A fantastic room, with separate bed and lounge rooms and two bathrooms. The room was modern, light and had a sea view. The staff were also very friendly. Enjoyed a good breakfast buffet and one evening had the seafood buffet. The freshly cooked meats and seafood were delicious but other dishes had been prepared two or so hours before we ate and were, mostly, a little tired and unappetizing. However, the price compared to other hotels was very competitive, so you get what you pay for! Overall a fantastic stay.

Hotel front desk, conceirge very friendly and helpful. Some difficulty in understanding English. Ms. Chi in reception was outstanding and made our stay most memorable. Ms. Chi’s English is remarkably good which is why most guests seek her out for assitance.
