Хорошее расположение, чисто, тепло, есть вай-фай, душ, туалет, умывальник, мыло, полотенца. Из минусов: не выдают халатов и тапочек, нет радиатора, чтобы сушить вещи, завтрак не входит, скидок в ресторане для постояльцев отеля нет

The room has enough room for a couple, has a little desk, coat hangers and two side tables near the bed. Location is great, just outside the main station. The bed and pillows were a bit uncomfortable to be honest, but overall it was good

We met a very professional and friendly staff, who has been very kind towards our requests related to our 2 years old daughter,but also very helpful to answer all our questions about the city, what was to be seen, where to go etc. Also, it's perfectly located for shopping (Krakowska galleria is around the corner) and within 10 minutes walking range of the main and largest square in the Old City. Just. Perfect !!

Location was excellent! Very short walk to large transit center. Cheap Uber to airport. Long but manageable walk to downtown. Staff were friendly, helpful and spoke English very well breakfast was excellent and a great value. Room was small, but clean. Beds were a bit hard for my comfort but given the price, I was very pleased with this property. I will definitely look at Ibis Budget properties in the future.

Swift check in, helpful staff, pleasant room with a good wi-fi connection which I needed. Buffet breakfast was enjoyable and substantial but maybe not to everyone's taste, with nice coffee readily available.

Fantastic value hotel, great start and about 4 minutes walk from Galeria shopping centre and 15 minutes from old townhouse take a travel kettles take your own and tea bags to make your tea and get crosissants from bakery but milk across the road from shop called Zabko. Ibis budget is very good value- excellent service and friendly staff. The breakfast was fine given the price and if you need a drink the bar at the other Ibis next door is open. My only criticism is of the central heating in the rooms which even turned up to maximum was still a bit cool. Otherwise I have only positive things to say.

A perfectly clean hotel in a very convenient location in Krakow. A few minutes walk from the main train station in town and about 15 minutes from the main square. If you are on a tight budget I couldn't recommend this hotel more.

I booked two rooms for myself and my brother in law for a five night stay on a bed and breakfast basis.This was the second time i had stayed in the hotel in a month so I knew what to expect. The girls in Reception are so helpful and friendly. Rooms are spotless clean and buffet breakfast was adequate.. This is a great hotel for the price and 50metres from main bus and tram route The safes are free to use. Although it doesnt have a bar Ibis Hotel next door does. Will definitely use again

Set in a quiet area, it is a little out of the way from the old town, but well worth the walk. Really clean, with everything you need. The staff were polite and helpful. For a budget hotel, it weas better than I expected. I would recommend.

Thats now the third time I have stayed in this hotel and for all its a budget option it is a great choice every time.The staff are always very polite and helpful. The rooms whilst not huge are adequate for my needs and kept spotlessly clean. Its location couldnt be better and the value for money is fantastic. Dont just take my word for it, if you are staying in Krakow, try it and see for yourself :)

Lovely hotel, the housekeeping staff were excellent at their job and our room was always spotless. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful. Remember, it's a budget hotel so no tea making facilities in your room. However you can pay 3 zloty of a cup of tea from the breakfast area. We bought travel mugs and tea bags and just got hot water . The only downside to our stay was that there was a group of teenage students on our floor who were running in and out of each other's rooms and shouting to each other until very late in the evening. This happened 2 nights running. The next morning I mentioned it to the staff, they were very apologetic. I expect that as this is a budget, schools tend to stay here. This is the only thing that would put me off staying here again. Will probably stay at the Ibis next door.

Ok, so I have stayed at both of the Ibis budget hotels in Krakow. The Ibis budget stare miasto is newer, the rooms and the beds are somewhat nicer and of course the location is much better. However weigh it up with the price difference and also that the ac is not that efficient. It could barely cope with a 23c day. It also only had a single English channel, news of course.
