Enjoyed a return visit to the Pullman. Easy and friendly check in with a nice update for accor plus. Small issue with room was promptly fixed, service is quick and attentive. Staff working is friendly, both at reception, restaurants and housekeeping. Breakfast nicely done with plenty of choice. Big pool with plenty of sunbeds. Looking forward to another stay.

Good accomodation. Nice view with the sea. Beautiful garden, pool, landscape. Friendly team of hotel made me feel comfortable during the trip. A place where I can release stressful of my business trip indeed.

It’s very beautiful place and nice place to gather and chill with friends or lover. The price is higher than other places but the facilities are amazing. The breakfast is perfect, full of many delicious local and international food. I could stay the whole morning at the restaurant to eat everything, perfect breakfast! I did the cooking class at the hotel, I love it, I’ve learnt how to cook Vietnam food. But I do not recommend to chose the package of going to the local market, as it’s dispensable and it makes more expensive, for not good moment. But I really suggest the cooking class, nice and you eat what you just cooked. I’ve tried to do some tourism using the hotel arrangement. I gave up! Too expensive. The tour to the bridge was VET 5MM per person. Common! More than 2 days at the hotel for 2pax. Another expensive item is the masaage at the Spa. No way. I had the wellness package and I did, it was great, but I would do it, considering the price there (VET 2MM). The beach is beautiful the place is perfect to enjoy the moment (Caroe Diem). Very good internet and the place is very easy to get grab to go around the city, including to go to Hoi An, which is a place to go at night. So beatific place with several nice bars and cafes. I plan to return to Da Nang and Hoi An, but I’m not sure if I’ll pay this price again.

My family stayed at cottage near swimming pool. The room has outside space for enjoying snacks and watching TV with sofas and table. Most of all, it has large bathroom with big bathtub. We loved bath after swimming in the pool or at beach. Staff was very kind and responded to our request quickly. Food at the restaurant was good. But, we did not like some smell in the room due to wooden furniture or the humid weather. And It would be better if the room has mosquito screen at window to prevent the mosquito or other bugs to come into the room, especially night time with the lighting. I and my family enjoyed Pullman Danang resort.

I think Pullman Danang Resort is the best place to spend time on holiday. There is very beautiful Beach, swimming pool. Restaurant’s food was very tasty for us. Resort Staff are very kindly and warmly. Also, room condition is very clean and cozy. I think this Resort is best option you can choose in Danang. I love that Resort.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our room was comfortable and very clean. Staff were very friendly, courteous & paid attention to detail. Great food and beverage choices and the breakfast buffet was amazing. Had lunch Espice and dinner at Azure during the trip and both meals were really good. Would like to add that being a Le Club member my friend and I were invited for an event at the Infinity bar to meet other Le Club guests and we interacted with the GM and the staff there. Staying at many various Accor hotels, this was the first time getting invited for such event and it was a great experience. Grabs were easily available and place such as Hoi An and Bana Hills were just 40 mins way and very convenient to get to. Would definitely visit Danang again and stay with Pullman!

Spent 5 nights here and was perfect in every way, from when I was picked up at the airport to when I dropped of in Hoi An. Was in a junior suite and could not have asked for a better room. Best asset of the resort is the staff, every staff member was friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread was amazing, and also the lunch and dinner in the restaurant and could not be faulted. Many thanks to the GM and all the staff for an amazing stay, and will certainly return.

Beautiful beach, friendly staffs, nice location. My mom and I had a wonderful time. Too bad we only stayed for 2 nights :/ Seafood buffet was just ok. Nice resort in overall. Will come back if I ever visit Da Nang again.

Went for a family/birthday trip, with toddler in tow. We chose the hotel because the type of accommodation they have (family suite) and the play room, both of which looked like just right from the hotel website for our needs. It did not disappoint - the suite was spacious and clean, the playroom had all the usual toys to entertain a toddler easily. Service was wonderful. I did not tell the hotel it was a birthday trip, but they still sent a surprise cake and drinks to the suite. Everything was a positive experience, no complaints at all!

Pullman Da Nang is fantastic. They honour the Accor rewards programme, make you feel very special and welcome. Service is fantastic, food quality and breakfast choice fantastic. The beach (guest DJ playing great lounge music) and access to water sports (non motorised free) is a nice touch. Highly highly recommend Pullman Da Nang

Pullman Da Nang, wow, we have stayed many times in Da Nang, this is our first at the Pullman and I feel we have missed out those other times. Service, rooms, beach all amazing and they absolutely honour Accor Membership and make you feel very welcome and special with upgrades and add ons! Highly recommend this hotel! If you are looking for beautiful beach, location, service, food quality and choice, look no further! We had the penthouse suite, room 604! Best in the hotel, highly recommend for ocean views, sunsets and sunrises

As a Platinum accor member, management has arranged the Complimentary roundtrip airport transfer and upgrade my to the Penthouse Suite with a very magnificent view. This is totally out of my expectation and this was more than perfection. The lobby is facing to the Ocean and make you feel relaxing while you step in to the hotel, room was spacious and clean. And I really appreciate their welcome set up. Services are all on points and I just love everything there. This is properly one of the best resort I have even stayed before.

Nice room and breakfast The resort has very nice beach and wonderful butterfly garden. The resort is very close to the city and convenient to travel back and forth. The staff are very friendly. And i got upgraded to nicer view room where i can see the beach and swimming pool.

The property is an absolute gem! From the lobby to the room, the beach and the hotel grounds, everything is well-designed and well-maintained. The view is stunning! The service is also excellent. Everyone I interacted with was polite, professional and accommodating. Very well-trained. My personal thanks to Hieu (Front Desk) and Hahn (Guest Services) for being very accommodating and personal in their approach. Highly recommended!

Pullman Da Nang is in a good position.I could use a private beach.The kindness of the staff was the best of allI feel like the room is a little oldI do not have a good sink in the sink.It was good to go to Lotte Mart.ButThe outdoor pool has a lot of tiles on the floor.After swimmingI have a few scratches on my soles .

Refer to the price that we paid, the room is just normal and ordinary. Pullman may consider to have a refurbish exercise to make it looks greater. To enjoy this hotel, you must walk out from the room to enjoy the stunning view and facilities that provided. The hotel breakfast spread is fantastic too, we never see a hotel restaurant offer so much of beverage for the breakfast even DIY bloody mary? Do stay a night then you will know how we enjoyed our stay.

We were extremely happy with our week at the Pullman.From the moment we arrived the staff were brilliant.They could not do enough for us, from extra complimentary water in our room, to first class service in the two restaurants & the Infinity Bar.This bar had a great view of the pool & the beach. The food was excellent, with about the only minor downside having the resort about 10 mins by taxi to the main entertainment/eating area in Danang - but a fare of only a few Aussie dollars so no big deal.
