Enjoyed everything, Room perfectly cleaned and equipped. Sound insulation at high level. Bathroom cleaned and nothing was missing. Internal parking is easy to access and one of the best in the Rimini area. Location wonderful at few meters from the seaside and few steps from the city center. Perfect hotel to stay for business but not only. I will for sure consider it for the next travels to Rimini.

An Oase on the promenade!!

Clean and new property. Beach just across the back yard of the hotel. Location along the busy street where: restaurants, souvenirs shops, hair dressers, supermarket are just around the corners. Welcome drinks, including champagne, red/white wine, juices and snack at relaxing lobby. Great breakfast too!

Все понравилось, завтраки отличные, персонал просто фантастически приветлив и отзывчив, практически никогда такого не встречал, может на Роза Хутор исключение! В общем молодцы, приятно очень! Почему платный пляж-не понятно!

This property is well situated, close to the best bars, restaurants and beach. As you would expect the service was good and included free canopies in the evening between 18:00 & 20:00. The pool was not as big as you would expect looking at the photos but still very pleasant and was open 24 hours. The biggest downside was the parking. For some reason the hotel charged 18 Euros a day. Luckily I had some friends staying at near by (and cheaper hotels) and I was able to park my car at their hotel free of charge.

Exceptional staff. Friendly always helpful. Extremely well located nearby the beach. Aperitive is offered each day between 7-9 pm. Really something to experience. Breakfast was great and we got the possibility to get a late check out. One word : staff is exceptional!

The hotel was excellent in all aspects, location, secure parking, staff and service, cleanliness and comfort of our room. Nicola on reception was extremely helpful, his suggestions for eating out superb. We loved Club Nautica for a very special evening. The free daily aperitivo was an added bonus. The only thing I was not impressed with was the hairdryer! Rubbish:(

Very friendly welcome as I arrived. very helpful staff who would assist with any information you need . The room is very clean as expected for a Mercure hotel. Breakfast is also very good. I did not find anything that I did not like. The morning staff at the front desk is the most helpful with friendly smile.

Приветливый персонал. Хорошие завтраки. Очень удобная подземная парковка. Бассейном не пользовались, но то, что бассейн работает 24/7 и в несезон вода теплая-это, конечно, супер! Хотели бы вернуться в ваш отель в сезон! И будем советовать друзьям.

Had a one night stay recently and was impressed with the quality of hotel and the staff. Very welcoming and friendly on arrival. Really pleased with room that had a partial sea view on side of hotel. Breakfast was reasonable. Nice touch with free pizza pieces and snacks on the bar in the evening. Great location. Would definitely stay again.

Приятный во всех отношениях отель. Приветливый персонал. Просторные номера, большие балконы, мебель и санузел в хорошем состоянии. На завтраке - без излишеств, но есть всё самое популярное и необходимое - омлет, варёные яйца, сыры, колбасы, овощи и фрукты, разнообразная выпечка, апельсиновый фреш, кофе и пр. Что нетипично - так это вечерние аперитивы с вином, шампанским, сыром, орешками и пр. С 19 часов всё это бесплатно предлагают в лобби. Единственный минус, который заметили - неважная звукоизоляция. Между дверью номера и полом есть заметная щель, и, если шумные соседи ходят по коридору и разговаривают у лифта, это очень мешает. До вокзала - 15 минут, до центра Римини - 20 минут пешком.
