As an Accor gold member for several years, I have a clear understanding about what to expect in the different types of hotels. I have stayed also more than 10 times in this hotel but this time it was really poor service. When I made my reservation I asked for a late check out. The day of the check out first time someone from cleaning came to the room and I explained her the situation and it was okay. 20-30 minutes later, some was knocking loud and in a way to intimidate. While I said in clear spanish wait that person opened the door while I was underwear. This person stepped in instead of closing the door and wait outside to let me open the door. This person was yelling at me in my room. I didn´t let it escalate. I explained the situation again and the person left. This is the service I got as an Accor GOLD member in Ibis Getafe. Afterwards, the reception came with a lame excuses that they couldn't see my request for the late check out. So that is a excuse to enter the room of people in underwear and yell at them? There is no justification for this poor service, is there?

Going really downhill fast. Urgently needs closing and updating

Grim. Rather nasty hotel. I have stayed a few times of the years but it is now really really lacking in ALL areas. The rooms are dated. The so called new beds are now over 10 years old and they sweat. The corridors are dark and dingy. And as for the restaurant. THEY CAN'T COOK. Had the worse swordfish steak EVER. And when I complained to reception, the rude girl working the bar/restaurant told me off for not telling her first. Saying she could have given me something else which would be hard considering I'm a pescatarian. The whole experience of this hotel is nothing more that 3/10. Bad parking. Bad restaurant, Bad rooms, Can't care less staff, tatty elevators. This is not an IBIS.. This is an F1. Grim

Its the second time we have stayed in Ibis Getafe which is a bit out of the way but ideal for where we want to go,Usual type Spanish Ibis very pleasant people working in this hotel, we could not complain about it, would stay again

I stayed on 14th November 2017. Prices were very good for Madrid, cannot beat it, hotel, restaurant and breakfast for less than €80.00 Restaurant was nice, the food really tasty and the staff friendly. I would recommend.

All our stays at Ibis hotels over many years in many countries have been very pleasing, however this two night stay was quite disappointing. The reception on arrival was less than welcoming and the same person was not very helpful in answering any enquires. In contrast the female staff were friendly and helpful when approached. Unfortunately, our room needed maintenance and there was no usual seat cushion for the bench are near the bed. This made the seating hard and uncomfortable. apparently all seating cushions had been removed from all rooms according to staff.The television desperately needed to be replaced as it was a "last century" cumbersome model with very poor reception and limited channels available. Is the Ibis Getafe the hotel that Accor "forgot"??

The staff is very polite. Clean roons and bathroons. The bed is very confortable, but the pillows could be better. Good location if you are in transit by Madrid and has a good access by car (just beside an motorway).

Decided to stay here rather than the airport IBIS as more convenient for our drive South. Coming from the north it was easy to find although complicated by Madrid evening rush hour which was interesting to drive through. Coming from South should present no problems though. Underground and free parking a welcome bonus as was free room wi-fi. Reception staff friendly, helpful and with good English. Room quiet and comfortable if a little warm - aircon centrally controlled so could not change. Breakfast satisfactory with usual continental choice plus warm crepes and potatoe cake. Will definitely stay again.. .

Excellent hotel. The rooms were a good size. They were very clean and comfortable. The restaraunt was nice with lovely food in the evening, and breakfast also was very good. Staff were very efficient and friendly.
