Я забронировала номер с террасой для проживания с 05 по 08 марта 2020 года. Мне был предоставлен номер без террасы по непонятным для меня причинам несмотря на то, что номер бронировался в ноябре 2019 года и был полностью оплачен. Цена за номер с террасой отличалась от цены за номер без террасы, соответственно, в этом отеле предоставленные услуги отличаются от заявленных услуг, за которые берут предварительную 100%-ную оплату. Будьте внимательны.

Дорогая мадам P., Я принимаю к сведению ваше возвращение и искренне извиняюсь за эту проблему. На самом деле вы забронировали с Terasse, и это не было видно, когда вы приехали. Это путаница с нашей стороны, а не добровольный акт. У нас есть привилегированные номера и привилегированные номера с террасой. We were very pleased with our very large and quiet room - in fact, we were lucky to be upgraded to a suite of rooms, so were very comfortable!. Reception staff were all friendly and helpful, and willing to help with our sightseeing plans, which were challenging because of the transport strike going on. In our opinion, great part of town to be based - away from the main tourist hordes, normally within easy reach of metro stations (and not so far either during transport strike), and plenty of good, reasonably priced restaurants in the area to chose from. We would definitely visit again.

This hotel has a 4 star rating with Accor. I stay in 4 star accommodation all the time and this was far from it. Unbelievably disappointing, and I had advanced paid for 3 nights. Paper cups in the rooms for tea and coffee. whats that about. Carpet was filthy and stained. Linen was old and towels so worn and old. The rooms and hallway had a musty damp smell. On the upside the breakfast was good.

A highly disappointning stay

I booked this 4 stars hotel ! for a weekend break with my wife. First disappointment in my opinion hotel look, it's really poor, old fashion in style and in deterioration of inside décor at best it would probably be granted a 3 stars std. It seriously needs a good renovation ! So for a price you pay for you would expect a true 4 stars hotel. that was not the case. Cleanness of room and bathroom to be questionable, in the bathroom an empty bottle of beer was lying in the floor. Second day upon return to the hotel we found both room and bathroom not made up reason for this personnel scared by a little dog we left in the room. Dog was checked in at check in so they knew about him and hotel accepts pets. So in short a very uncomfortable stay, good point some of the personnel have been of great help to overcome some of the difficulty encountered.

Не думаю, что соответсвует обещанным 4 звёздам. В отеле не меняют полотенца , иногда забывают про уборку номеров. Так же в номере не дают тапочки, халат, шампунь, только для люксов. Для 4 звёзд это несерьёзно. Так же не подойдёт для длительного прибывания , так как на завтрак подают одно и то же , ассортимент не большой достаточно. А так все чисто, кровати мягкие , ванная и туалет очень чистые.

Были в Париже 3 дня, со 2 по 5 11.2016г. На удивление все, что предлогалось при бронировании, сработало. Мы брали номер по акции (для 4* отеля цена была улетная) и слегка сомневались. Но зря. Все пристойно, встреча (нас даже раньше положенного заселили), номер, расположение, и завтрак. Номер просторный, район тихий, рядом рынок овощьной, много кафе и магазинов (фрукты экзотические поели от души и сыр) и метро не далеко.Завтрак - реальный шведский стол (наедались на целый день), в номере кофемашина и чайник, ванна свободная, туалет отдельный, убирали каждый ден, вайфай приличный и бесплатный, большая плазма. Вообщем - зачет. Если будет необходимость, с радостью остановлюсь в этом отеле.

Room great especially with free upgrade, plenty of choice at breakfast and service at front desk superb, both prior to arrival via emails and on arrival and throughout our stay. Will most definitely return to this small and charming hotel. Also good location to metro, 5-10 min walk, Though if taking a car you can pre-book a secure parking space which was great and very handy!

Все на высоком уровне стандартном для Меркюр. Здание отеля немного потрепано, бросаются в глаза несколько зацарапанные стены на этажах. Второй пары тапочек и второго халата я добился только после третьего звонка в течение суток. Прекрасная терраса на крыше.

Это очень хороший номер, отличное обслуживание, мне всё очень понравилось. При заселении мне выдали ваучер на прогулку на Сене на кораблике, это было таким приятным сюрпризом от этой гостиницы! Заселение было быстрым и очень любезным. В номере была даже кофе-машина Nespresso! Удобная постель, отличная кровать, подушки, одеяло, везде чистота!

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. It is within easy walking distance of Gare de Lyon & is situated in a nice area, close to shops, fruit market & cafes etc. It isn't far from Bastille area where there are lots of bars & restaurants. The staff were helpful & friendly & the breakfast was good. Would definitely stay there again.

Have chosen the hotel due to its proximity to the Place de la Bastille, expected a decent 4* (as advertised on the Accor website). I was a bit worried, considering the previous reviews, and I was right. The hotel is actually a 3* one, clearly stated at the entrance. The reception staff was really helpful, checked us in quickly. The second surprise came when entering the room (decent sized, considering the average Parisian hotel) - it had not been cleaned up, there were wet towels on the floor, the bed was a mess. Obviously I wanted to change the room, quite difficult considering it was the 14th of July weekend. The reception guy struggled for 15 min to find an option, they offered mid a room next to the hotel staff service room and the lobby toilet, which I have obviously declined, then found a superior room for one night, but then I had to change. after another half an hour of discussions, another room appeared and I took it (yes, it was clean). The next evening, after cleaning my room, all the towels were missing, had to call the reception when coming back to the hotel to ask for new ones. On a positive note, the hotel is quite close to Place de la Bastille, on a quiet street just off the bars& shops street. Breakfast is served until mid day (even during the week!) and you can order it in the room free of charge (another plus). All in all, I would not stay again, if I could find a better deal elsewhere (better than the 40% discounted rate I got, @ 90EUR/ night).

The Mercure Paris Bastille Saint Antoine is a renovated, smaller hotel with possibly the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. It is an about 15 minute walk from the Gare de Lyon, which may be a challenge with many suitcases. Hoiwever, it is conveniently located, close to the Metro stations and Place de la Bastille. Service is good and there is a breakfast service

Cosy and unformel Good placement to 11. and 12. arr. Close to metro and Gare Lyon not far away We had a room on the 4. floor with our own terrace -very nice. On the roof ia place a very large and attractive terrace. Very clean and everything in the room was OK Very nice breakfast

Nicely updated hotel in a nice location in Paris - close to hip shops and restaurants on Rue Charonne + walking distance to Le Marais and more importantly, away from the tourists! Close to several metro stations as well. The employees were extremely helpful and friendly. The only downside was the spotty internet connection in the room - the signal only showed up on the last night we were there and it was rather weak. Overall though, great value for this hotel. I would definitely stay here again!

If you are travelling to Paris this is an ideal hotel. The service, rooms and everything about it is fantastic. The only thing that might trouble visitors is the location. But if you think about it, the location is not so bad. It's about 5 minutes walk from Gare de Lyon where you can arrive via train from the Airport. Close to Gare de Lyon is a metro tunnel and from there you can take the subway all the way to the main street. The staff will help you out with everything and even print out a map for you with guidance to the metro station. Everything we needed, they took care of it. If I travel to Paris again I will stay at this hotel.

The reception is a little deceptive as it is very small but the rooms were a nice surprise, big and nicely furnished. The location is good near lots of bars and restaurants. Breakfast is not worth the price.
