Very nice hotel in a great location. Good bar and decent food too. Small menu but great Chef. The staff as I said make the hotel a home from home for me. Always a lovely smiling face to welcome after a hard days work and nothing is too much to ask.

first time in zabrze and also in ibis katowice zabrze. stadart ibis quality, can't complain. room and breakfast was good. hotel şs next to alsdi and a big shopping centre, so eating and shopping is in walking distance.

I used Ibis Zabrze in transit to Katowice. The hotel is an excellent value for money. Breakfast is among the best I've had at IBIS hotels. This demonstrates how dedicated all the staff and management are to excellence. Highly recommended. Also, if you have some time, allocate two or three days to check out the little town of Zabrze. It well deserves this.

I have been to Ibis Zabrze several times and have noticed that the offer at breakfast is getting less and less. A pity. Room quality is good at very good price.The heating in my room was not working at my stay, but they offered me to Change the room, so it was ok.

Very good value for the money. Nice and friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast and no problem with the WIFI. Good location near to the city center and the trainstation. I can recomend this hotel but the city is not the best in Poland.

This Hotel is close to place Teatry in zabrze. You have a shoppingcenter just 5 minuter walk from the hotel. And are close to the tram, and the trainstation. The room was very Clean and the staff very friendly. The breakfast was ok. I felt that everyone in the staff had big ambitions to be a very good hotel. I recommend this Hotel sincerly. The only bad thing that It takes a lot of time to reach Katowice, If You dont go by car,but otherwise its perfect.

The staff at this hotel are fantastic. They go the extra mile to make your stay very welcoming. I will definitely be staying here again in the future. The staff here made my stay so very welcoming at a very emotional time for myself. This is the third time staying here after during my late wife home to be buried in here home town this time last year I returned to visit my wife one year on. The reception staff all remembered me and was very courteous and sensitive towards me. Thank you very much to all the staff here.

Value for money hotel in a pretty alright location close to the train station and the center. Nothing much to complain about to be fair, as the hotel offers good quality for its own particular price range.

Generally quality of IBIS hotels are OK for me. During recent trip I had booked a room with breakfast and so called Pakiet Ekstra Oszczędności, which suppose to include a bottle of mineral water. Unfortunately it was a "dry" room - no bottle of water. It was the first surprise. The second one was liking sink of the wash basin in the bathroom. I realized of it when my feet become wet during hand wash. Otherwise the stay was fine.

Cleanliness was below average of other Ibis hotels (we stay a lot in this chain hotels while traveling by car because of good price for what our large family needs). But the room rate was also below average for Ibis.

Ibis Zabrze Hotel is in excellent location in city centre, very close to public transport, shops, restaurants and cafes. Room was simple but comfortable with WI-Fi access. Cleanliness was very good, staff friendly and helpful.

Good location next to a shopping centre and a park (good for jogging), comfy beds and good service. But breakfast is not the same as Ibis breakfast in France or Germany - it may be a better idea to go to McDonald's instead (and I am not a McDonald's fan).

Ibis Zabze is well located for business in Katowice. The hotel is economically priced with a simple but very adequate kitchen. Rooms are simple but comfortable and are adequate for working or relaxing.

Very conveniently located in the center of the city. Very polite service. The room was slightly noisy but otherwise comfortable. We arrived late but there was still good selection of food in the restaurant which was freshly made. The hotel accepts dogs with no problems. Will stay again on the way back to Germany.
