The hotel is clean, comfortable and a great location. Breakfast is the same every day, not a lot of variety. The rooms are space, needs a in room safe & a box of tissues as well as additional clothes hangers.

I have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions and the location is ideal for ourselfs with plenty to do and everything within walking distance. I would like to say the staff were an improvement on previous staff helpful, friendly and courteous and a credit to Accor hotels.

Good location, but access to the property by car is a little problematic. Directions were sent by email a few days earlier, but if one does not have access to email, then there is a problem. A text message would be preferable. GPS is not very reliable, particularly when the information is not updated.

We stayed for 5 nights.The staff we very helpful .With directions on the first day to where the laundette was on our last. Breakfast had plenty of choices coffee was continuous . Room clean and fresh. Only weakness was no usb ports but a quick trip to shop sorted that. I liked that there was refullable bottles of soap and not alot of wasyeful little bottles. This hotel was vety close to sunway which meant travel was easy. Loved my stay

I thought the hotel was well situated hotel for a visit to the Sagrada Familia Basilica which was truly impressive. Friendly reception staff. We stayed for 3 nights so would have appreciated hand towels in the bathroom.

Good little hotel in a great neighbourhood, clean and modern and fair price, easy to walk downtown if you are a good walker and interesting things to see locally. Sagrida Familia is a block away.happy with our stay.

Friendly, welcoming staff. Clean rooms, comfortable bed. Not the quietest room, but great value for money. Didn't have breakfast as we had an early start. Easy walking distance to Sagrada Familia and easy walking distance to great, affordable restaurants! There were roadworks outside reception which made taxi parking a pain but not impossible to navigate, and the drivers helped us with the bags! Definitely would stay again.

My 17 year old son and me sampled Barcelona for a day and night staying next to the Sagrada Familia. The hotel is excellent quality and perfectly situated. We took a taxi to the Born area and experienced good food and atmospheric bars.

Stayed in this Ibis for our first trip to Barcelona - really close to Sagrada Familia which was amazing and also had bus and metro really close which made getting about the city really easy. We did the tourist bus for two days while we were there, which also looped past the Sagrada Familia and was very handy! We've used Ibis before in Holland and always been impressed, the room in Barcelona was bigger and bathroom was also a decent size with a full-size shower (my partner is 6 foot 2" and had no problem fitting in it). Air con was a massive help, as were the blackout blind and curtains - we had a view of the back of the building opposite, but we weren't staying there for the view so this didn't bother us. We opted to include breakfast and this was fairly standard continental (bread, cheese, cold meat, hard boiled eggs, yoghurt, fruit, pastries, fruit juice and tea or coffee) - it was not fancy but it was always super-fresh and did the trick for fuelling up before heading out for a day travelling across the city. The staff were always very friendly and helpful when we had questions about how to get places (which metro stops to get on/get off at, how the buses worked etc). We would have liked the option of using a safe for valuables during our stay, and it would also have been nice to have even a tiny little fridge in the room - neither of these things were available. We made do with putting ice in the bathroom sink for drinks and keeping our passports etc hidden away during our stay. Overall we enjoyed our trip and would be happy to use Ibis again.

The hotel is located next to great restaurants. Most historical places are within a walking distance ( The Familia Cathedral is 1 minute from it) The Staff was caring and helpful. If fact they answered all our needs and much more!

I came here for 1 night to discover the city center of Barcelona. Nice location, even there are works in surrounding streets and the access is complicated. Typical ibis, nothing special, as a gold member of accor program I didn´t feel special welcome, no previlegies. Staff was cold.

The localization of the hotel is perfect! Very close to The Sagrada Familia, it is very easy to get there. However, the air conditioning didn't work during the night. The breakfast was not good either. The food looke dlike it was not fresh.

We chose the Ibis Barcelona Centro for it's position in the city and because it offered secure parking for our motorbike. One of the main reasons for visiting Barcelona was to visit the Sagrada Familia, the Ibis is ideally located for this purpose. The staff were all most helpful and efficient.

There was a bit of a problem with hotel access due to road works., the taxis can't drop you at the door but can pick up outside. Hotel was fine, pleasant check in staff, comfy bed and nice breakfast. Very handy to La Sagrada and a small supermarket not far away.

Ibis provides excellent service as usual. Good location, clean room and comfortable bed. The hotel meets our expectation. Personal was ready to help. So I recommended staying here for several days. Just 25-20 minutes to nearest metro station.

It was not a good stay due to the heat and the hotel refused to turn on the air conditioner. They provide cooling system in air circulation mode, claiming that in the spring they do not turn on refrigeration in cooling mode. So they argue that we should open the windows, but they do not connect the refrigeration, but only the circulation of air.

Everything was satisfactory and met my and my wife's expectations. The room was very clean and surprisingly quiet. was cleaned every day. The staff was also very pleasant and helpful. The buffet breakfast was also good and fresh. The only thing I miss was lack of any hot food during breakfast (scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, sausages. whatever). If any hot meal was provided I would say perfect for that price!!
