A great hotel that is both quiet and close to Shanghai Pudong financial district and a two stop subway ride to large shopping malls with numerous dining options. Great view of the Huangpu River and close to running trails. Although this hotel has been around for awhile, it's very clean and well maintained. Nice indoor swimming pool and large fitness center. Great customer service from Kobe and Shelly. Both made my stay wonderful.

Хороший отель, чистый номер. Совсем разочаровал ресторан до 22 часов готовят все меню а после 22х совсем скудный список блюд. Цены в ресторане заоблачные за то качество еды, что они подают. Лучше взять такси и поехать есть во французский квартал, даже вместе с такси выйдет дешевле и абсолютно точно вкуснее.

The hotel is great and the price is very reasonable. The revolving restaurant at the 50/F offers perfect view, however, the windows were dusty obstuctiing the view. The temperature inside room is too hot, no fresh air and we ended up requesting to open the windows. Staff from Reception (Vicky), Premier Lounge (Hebe) are few to name and offered friendly services.

A little bit far away from City Center ; PUDONG is far away from Nanjing Lu. Very expensive to pay half a day for an extend of 6hours till 6 PM for a good client like me for accor hotel company. Hope so you can provide you more rewards to balance it. Regards . Thanks for feed back.

Very good and quiet location, just a few minutes from underground. great staff and service.. good restaurants and excellent restaurant on the top (50th floor) with great weekend brunch. We've noticed that the condition of bed, facilities and the security control on lift access was not up to your expectations during your stay, we will look into the possibility of changing it during our next renovation. I am sorry that the premier lounge was shut down during the Dragon Boat holiday and we offered breakfast in the Square Restaurant instead. Kindly be assured that we have already discussed this matter with the head of department concerned and actions will be taken immediately to improve the Le Club AccorHotels member’s benefit and experience when the lounge shut down during the holidays. With regard to the speed of wifi connection, we have checked the equipment in the hotel and do not find any defect. The problem might be due to web access control in China as the speed of international sites can be slower than domestic sites. For your next visit, if you encounter any internet problem, please contact us directly, so that we can look into the cause and to fix it. Good hotel, about 10 minutes from the metro and 10 minutes to the main part of the city. The hotel is quite large and has a good selection of food options. The breakfast is good, again with a good selection of local and some western options. The rooms are now a bit old, however, they are still quite functional. There is a business lounge and the staff there are really good!

such a tall building in shanghai, good arrangement that i could enjoy the view from 40th floor. room was tidy and good. i was the silver status member of accor, but no one was standing by at the counter for 10 minutes. finally i was waiting on the normal counter. very average breakfast too

I stay in this hotel for one night. Reserved 3 rooms. 2 rooms for my visitor. I occupied one room. We went up to the art 50 for dinner buffet. The chief attitude is rude and unprofessional. Pick his nose in front of the guest. I make a complain and one guy come over. His name is James, he mentioned he is the restaurant Manager. Without business card. Rude and bad attitude. I start to wonder, how come Novotel employee is untrained. Is it the hotel Instay is run by a well trained team? As a regular supporter to Accord group. I feel disappointed: the only thing I can do is share my comments. BTW. I'm waiting for a email from a guy call Jerry. He said he will send a email to me peraonally, 😓

One week in couple for vacation after one week work elsewhere in China. At present time many works in the surrounding area (but our room was high enough, so no disturbance). Proximity of a metro line. Very efficient check-in and -out. Attentive and efficient staff. Confortable room, even if storage for clothes is a bit limited. Very good buffet for breakfast and dinner. What is absolutely superb: the view from the window of the room (at least if the pollution allows it). What can be improved: to have some possibilities of day trips outside of Shanghai. Not really cheap, but price is justified by the quality.

I and my wife spent 3 nights at Novotel Shanghai Atlantis at superior room executive floor. Receptions are great warm welcome. I was offered Nespresso and soft--drink. This help a lot after a long transfer from Beijing. They also give me a travel map and explain attraction spot, what a great service here. It is all the good thing here. After I got key room on 31 floor, I realized that my room is not on executive floor and the worst is. it is the lowest guest floor. I'm not sure it is superior room or standard room but it make me feel so bad with this hotel. Even the benefit letter for executive room is not given to me. I know nothing about benefit here. Room is clean. Even hotel mention that room is fully renovated but I think it could be better than this. I had breakfast at premiere lounge for all 3 days. Food variety and quality is better than Novotel Beijing. Service is confused. I went for happy hour at premiere lounge on last day. There are many kinds of alcoholic drink and hot dish. The bad thing is there is no refreshment during afternoon, no dessert, no soft drink and no snack here. Location is okay for me about 5 minutes walk from subway. The walk path is under construction but nothing to worry about that. There is big supermarket and some local restaurants near hotel. I will not recommend to this hotel to my friends.

Unfortunately, our hotel was fully booked during that week and as you requested a room with the TV Tower view, the room on the 31st floor was the only one available. On our Executive floors, only river view rooms were available. We would also like to apologize that the Executive benefits were not made aware to you. Actually, in our Premier Lounge, for the Happy hour, you will be able to enjoy free alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks and snacks and during the day, you can only enjoy tea and coffee. Once again, we are really sorry for the inconvenience caused during your stay and we hope you will give us the opportunity to better serve next time you are in Shanghai. I'm coming to this hotel on a regular basis and I have been very disappointed about my stay. As a premium member of the Accord Group, I was staying for 3 nights on the 46th floor in the room 4619. Overnight the rooms was spelling very badly something putrid from the bathroom(sewers ?) . This was very unpleasant . After the second night I have been complaining . Even though I was offered to change the room (I refused as I was leaving at 3 am on the next day and I did not want to pack and unpack again), I have been surprised to hear : "we know the problem, this is something usual on the 46th floor" . So in that case, why do you rent the rooms ? Why do you put your premium guest in such a condition ? Unless a real compensation from the hotel, I will never be back. My next travel is in 4 weeks from now .
