Отель потрясающий. Все для уюта и комфорта. В любое время дня можно выпить сок-чай-кофе. В номере все необходимое, вплоть до бритвы и зубной щетки. Косметические принадлежности очень качественные. Кровати комфортные. С крыши, где расположено кафе, -потрясающие виды на Мадрид. Невероятно удачное расположение -до всех объектов можно дойти пешком. Вечером можно одной возвращаться с шоу -абсолютно безопасное место на центральной улице. Отдельное спасибо персоналу за доброжелательность, ценные советы и помощь. Если вновь приеду в Мадрид -только в этот отель))

Гостиница хорошая, можно рекомендовать к проживанию. Были в ней на новый год, очень порадовал 9-й этаж, на котором можно попить чай в любое время(бесплатно) и другие напитки, но уже за отдельную плату.Гостиница находится в самом центре Мадрида. Единственный минус для тех, кто на машине, это отсутствие собственной парковки. Завтраки вкусные но платные (10 евро/чел), номера ежедневно убирались. Спасибо персоналу за хорошее обслуживание

היי. ציפיתי לחוייה אחרת, חיובית יותר, ושירותית יותר. לפני שהגעתי, ביקשתי בייל אליכם לקבל חדר עם מרפסת, ומזרון אחד שלם ולא שניים.שהגעתי הפקיד אמר שאין לי מיטה זוגית ואם אני רוצה אז המרפסת תהיה ללא לכיוון הרחוב הראשי, אז העדפתי לקחת מרפסת לרחוב הראשי וויתרתי על מזרון זוגי, בסוף גם המרפסת הייתה לא לרחוב הראשי. בנוסף, פעמיים ביקשתי מים חמים, ורק בפעם השנייה מישהו הסכים לתת לי קומקום לחדר. בסך הכל האנשים היו אדיבים, ונחמדים.

The Hotel Atlantico Madrid was exceptional! The rooms were awesome and the bathrooms were spacious and very clean! The breakfast buffet was really good and had a good variety of food. The bar service on the top floor patio was great and it was so nice to sit outside and have drinks. The location was also great--close to restaurants and shopping! We would highly recommend this hotel, and actually we already have to friends!

Beautiful hotel, I enjoyed it very much. I would only suggest they improve the strength of the wifi signal. At least in my room was very weak and ended up using my roaming plan for calling home. But everything else wonderful!

We had a great stay at Hotel Atlantico. The room was lovely and all of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is great value for money. The location is ideal for the centre of Madrid. We have stayed a number of times and would highly recommend.

This hotel is by far one of the best I have ever stayed in! From the moment we checked in, we felt welcomed in every way. Our room was spectacular! It was extremely clean, had all the necessary amenities, and exceeded my expectations! Also, the location was perfect. The hotel is close to great shops, restaurants and transportation. Great location and rooms and helpful staff (especially waiter at the breakfast). Breakfast was versatile and delicious and had also dietary options.

Creo que esta fue mi sexta estadía en el Hotel. La primera luego de la pandemia y la experiencia no pudo ser más gratificante. Encontré todas las instalaciones del hotel impecables. Fui a una habitación Deluxe y su comodidad no podría ser mayo. El servicio y la atención en la recepción, el desayuno y en el bar del noveno piso han sido excelente. Quiero hacer especial mención a la calidad humana y profesional de todo el personal del hotel que, realmente, lo hacen sentir a uno como si estuviera en su propia casa. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

We stayed in the Hotel for five nights and enjoyed our time there very much. It is not only the central location of the hotel, it is the whole ensemble (room, receptionists, breakfast, and the beautiful roof terraces including a charming bar service) that made our stay very comfortable. Cet hôtel est très bien situé a proximité du métro des commerces pas loin des musés etc . Les chambre sont belles et bien agencées propres .Produites de toilettes peignoirs etc . Les personnels sont aimables serviable rien a dire. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel pour un séjour a Madrid .J'y séjourne 1 a 2 fois par an .

Wir waren jetzt zum zweiten Mal für mehrere Tage im Atlantico und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Jeder ist dort ausgesucht freundlich und hilfsbereit; das Haus verströmt einen historischen Charme, gleichzeitig ist alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ganz besonders hat es uns auf dem exklusiven Rooftop gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

My second time at this hotel, each time for almost 2 weeks Great location, very good rooms and friendly stuff

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff who speak English well. The hotel interior is beautiful, there is also a roof terrace. Rooms were good, very good isolation for street noise but not so much for the adjacent rooms. Breakfast was ok but not very special, a bit expense maybe with 12 euro per person.

A great deal by booking with the hotel direct for a 4 night stay over Christmas. The deluxe double room overlooking Gran Via as booked, did not disappoint us. Hotel staff from reception to 9th floor coffee bar were friendly & helpful. Breakfast choice was ample & varied (my wife & I have different breakfast requirements - but were both well catered for). Throughout - the hotel was clean and well maintained - with excellent adherence to Covid rules. Unfortunately the weather was bad during our stay - the excellent internet signal helped when we had to stay in the room more than planned. Perhaps international TV channel choice could be improved - but that should not be an issue for travellers staying in the heart of Madrid.
