The reception staff and manager went out of their way to assist with our 4 night stay, Wan who was in the breakfast room greeted us daily with a beaming smile too :) . We will be back at some point in the future.

Without doubt one of the favorite hotel I stayed in Laem Mae Pim area. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff, and we were upgraded to a larger Suite. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisor at the Shore deserves a special thanks. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience. The atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. Great job!

Overall, very nice, as usual. Not everything was working normally because of the COVID-19 situation. I wish the bubble pool was working as that is one of my favorite things about this hotel. Hopefully, it will be in operation on my next visit.

The hotel is peaceful and service of all staff is nice. It has just been renovated in the garden building but to me the new renovated room is still not very much satisfactory although it is a superior room.

I came with two children for 3 night. We absolutely love our stay for facilities like multiple pools, jacuzzi, perfect front beach, kids playroom and playground. The air was very fresh and breezy we even went meditating on the beach before bedtime. The restaurant and breakfast was beyond our expectation and staffs are very friendly and helpful. Our first room has bad smell from bathroom and the air-con drip water but they changed and upgraded the room for us.

We really enjoy the layed back atmosphere of this beautiful hotel. The best accet of this place is it's friendly and helpful staff and great food. Quality of cleaning is good. Restaurants are of high quality. Staff is friendly and helpful yet many restaurant workers have trouble with English.

Good Locations and nice to stay with family. A bit high price of BF, otherwise we will happy to try. A bit noisy from outside. Room is not well protected for the sound, so at night a bit hard to keep long sleeping. Overall is still good.

We are just an ordinary newly wedded couple. Check in without reservation and they could still get a us a quiet room with a great view. Feels like we have the whole beach and sun set for ourselves. Santana live by local musician in the late evening. Local hot&spicy diner just opposite the premise. Long sleep till 8:00 am. Superb buffet at 9:00 am. What more can we say?

Location is good and not so far from seafood restaurant. Hotel is bit old but clean enough. I think this hotel is best hotel at Rayong area when compared with other hotel (similar price). In the past could not check in at check in time but it improved.

room is a little bit old but it is clean. The hotel is quite far from the city center but don't worry they have free shuttle buses to serve. The staff is quite nice and the best is food. Food here is very very delicious.

Good staffs, friendly and efficient. Love pool size and many variety to select eg Jacuzzi, kid and adult. During my stay it was windy so we did not have a chance to swim in the sea. Room is clean and spacey.

Hotel is clean and comfort but TV (can watch about 5 channels) and master control are quite old and broken, should have more quality with this price (around 3400 baht/night). Swimming pool and breakfast really nice.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Room is clean. Staff is nice and helpful. Very good breakfast. The hotel has 2 great pools one of which is very suitable for children. Complimentary shuttle bus to town at scheduled times.The hotel has a Italian restaurant offer lunch and dinner at reasonable price. However there are budget restaurants opposite the hotel as well as along the beach.

Hotel in goos shape, brekafast had all what you needed, staff is vecoming you and you will be well taken care of. There is a nice beack in front fo the hotel and pole area close by. Unforunately there are not so much close by the hotel, but hotel is having aminibuss going every day to Ban Phe where you can find all you would need.

This is a very good hotel when looking for a relaxing place with good service and well organized holiday resort. Very good location right on the beach with nice pool area. Good restaurant offering both within and just outside the resort.

We received a very warm welcome from front receptionists. They were friendly and polite. The superior room was spacious and very clean. The beddings were also very comfortable and soft. It was convenient to go to the beach, just 1minute-walking. The large three swimming pools are located close to the beach. This was really attractive!

1st time in Thailand and of all the places we stayed this was our favourite. Whether relaxing in one of the cabanas having a foot massage or swimming in one of the pools. Great value for money and would highly recommend for couples or families.
