Eric at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. This is a nice hotel. We could park our bikes and see them right out our window.

We have stayed here for years during the State Fair. It is an exceptionally clean environment. It has the best employees, service and lots of nice touches that make it feel homey. Our grandkids beg to stay at the "train motel with the really good breakfast". Wish there were more than five stars.

Second time here visiting family. It's okay, cleanish. When entering our room the ac was off and took about 2 hours to cool down the room. With the ac off the room smelled off. Probably will find another place to stay next time we are here.

Nice room, decent rates, good breakfast, friendly helpful staff

So far so good, the rooms are clean, the pool was clean and nice and warm, as was the spa. Staff is friendly and willing to help with what they can. The parking lot has ample space and the location is close to many other buisnesses and a movie theater.

I usually give this Comfort Inn 5 stars because this is the only place I will stay while in Sedalia. However, it has been about 3 years since I was here last and things do change. I still am very pleased with the cleanliness, which is high on my list of priorities, but a couple of things sorely need attention. First and foremost is the beds. They used to be great, but this time, it was as if there is a steel bar down the center of the mattress with little dips on each side. I had major back surgery about 9 years ago, and the beds were comfortable until this time and they were as hard as a rock!! My husband was uncomfortable as well and we came home with new aches and pains. Another issue is the breakfast. While I am not a big breakfast person, I do like to eat something. The eggs appear to be powdered eggs and the bacon was paper thin and both mornings it was not hot. Barely warm. Last, my daughter had the room right next to us and was bombarded the first morning with housekeeping and maintenance. Maintenance said they had a complaint from the room under hers that water was coming through the ceiling. They checked around her tub and stool and found no leaks, THEN they checked the room where the complaint came from and found no water on the ceiling. That should have happened the OTHER way around! Housekeeping does an amazing job, however, she informed them that her cousin was still sleeping and to please come back later. She had several visits from them that day, including when she stepped out, someone went in anyway, while the cousin was STILL sleeping and emptied wastebaskets, and who knows what else they may have done if my daughter had not come back and found the gal in her room! Another was from the head gal to verify that she refused service, and another yet to see if she was satisfied with the service!! WHAAAT. Not cool!

This is a really up to date place, very clean and a very friendly staff, I can't imagine within reason what you may be looking for that this place doesn't have to offer.

I can't completely fault the hotel for this - but during our recent stay there was the loudest group of wedding party douchebags drunkenly slamming doors & stomping around at like, 3 am. Just the world's biggest assholes. Wouldn't have been so bad, but they apparently built the walls of this place from sound- amplifying paper.

We have stayed here several times over the past several years. Everyone has always been very courteous and caring. We feel like we are family.

Fantastic Mexican food north of the Texas border. Amazingly quick service. Had our food out in a flash. It was hot and perfectly seasoned. A local favorites so we were told by several people.

I love the Comfort Inn in Sedalia. Take your normal Comfort Inn, kick it up about 7 notches and here you are. They have a pool, super clean, decent internet, wonderful breakfast, and extremely competatively priced.

This place is above five star. The rooms are spotless. The wall to the floor have wall paper perfectly applied, clean, new. Comfy beds with all the pillows and white Linens is a sure way to see it's perfection. The house keepers don't knock on your door before check-out with the provided door sign. Breakfast was good. The building is rail the road theme, it was the coolest style in town. There is an indoor pool off the lobby and breakfast area, I took my coffee and felt I was sitting in a sun room. The landscape is nice. I want to thank the staff and the owners for this place. It will be my gossip lol

Rooms are clean and up to date, good shower pressure, comfortable beds, a/c works fantastic, great hot breakfast with bacon, sausages, eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, yogurt, juice, and coffee. Extremely helpful and courteous staff.

The staff here were fast and accommodating. I asked for extra toiletries and immediately got them. The pool and hot tub were very clean as well as the room and bathroom. Lots of breakfast items, too many to choose for one breakfast.

Swimming pool/hot tub is perfect room was clean. Complimentary breakfast was more than most tea selection was great fruit waffles clean room lived the shampoo /conditioner n soap!

This hotel is great! Nice clean rooms and great staff. Beds are super comfy! Breakfast is good with plenty of choices. Lots of parking was a plus with easy access to the building.

Location was great for the proximity to the State Fair. The hotel boasted a smoke-free environment, however our 3 rooms all smelled of old cigarettes from what I assume used to be a smoking friendly hotel. Continental breakfast, refridgerators, microwave, laundry room and free Culligan water were all great perks!

Service was great. I left my key in the room and there was no hesitation getting me back into my room (I had to show proper ID) but all and all it was pretty great. Also had a pool for the kids!

Comfort Inn is close to the location where I got sent to work. It has numerous excellent restaurants nearby. You get a free breakfast in the morning. The room is large and comfortable. They provide pillows of different firmness so that you have what works best for you. Room has refrigerator and microwave for your convenience. The staff is friendly and professional. I will always stay here when in Sedalia

It was nice and clean, the staff was friendly, breakfast was great; however, the walls were really thin and we could hear almost everything happpening in the rooms beside and above us.

Lovely! What a wonderful stay we had there this past weekend. The staff were so nice. Made me want a job there. The hotel was beautiful! Towels were stocked at the pool. Everything was clean and tidy! We will stay there again. I can't say enough about how pleased I am that we stayed there. I have stayed in Ritzy 5 star hotels before and none of them made me feel the way I felt staying at this Comfort Inn. Awesome job you guys! Can't wait to come back and see you again!

We had a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this hotel!! Our room was clean and cozy. The first floor was real nice as well. Even has what looks like a very cozy living room with fireplace and chairs and book shelves etc. The staff was very friendly and made you feel welcome. There were cookies and tea available for the guests, the pool area was clean and they have the best breakfast selection I have ever had. Even the coffee was great!! I think they had just about everything you can ask for for breakfast and then some. My family and I will definitely stay there again!! :)

Great place to stay, comfortable rooms and a nice motel to have to be stuck at for the weekend. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and I hope management takes care of the housekeeping staff because the place is I'm great shape.
