The room did not have any of the kitchen equipment, the bath did not drain or have hot water I was asked to use the coffee maker to heat the water in the bath. I had to call everyday without any help . I was not able to use the kitchen as they did not provide the necessary pans for the oven . Also I was asked to leave a pool cabana that I had a reservation for and was very humiliated .

This hotel was beautifully designed and is now perfectly maintained to the very high Sofitel standards. We stayed in a well-appointed one-bedroom apartment with (partial) sea-view. The staff is perfectly trained and helpful: I left behind a pair of reading lenses and they arranged to have them set back to me swiftly and at a very reasonable cost. Finally, the executive lounge has a beautiful outdoor area, where you can enjoy free drinks and snacks at certain times of the day, They really deserve full marks and I am determined to come back. I shall finish by constructively pointing at two areas where there they were not perfect: 1. I contacted the hotel by email before my arrival twice to make some inquiries, but no one came back to me. And this in spite of having used the email address given in the confirmation email received from their official website. 2. The hotel is very big, so common areas (mainly the pool and the beach) can be crowded at times.

Nice plot of land and nice green territory but rooms need renovation and new design. Breakfast selection was good, no complain! All stuff show good intention to help but sometimes they are busy with all they duties and you need to remind 2-3 times to make everything happend. Hotel doesn’t worth its money and I would consider it as 4 star hotel never 5 star. organisation is messy but may be it was because of new year as it was crowded and overpriced. Very mixed experience in bad way. Stayed in double bedroom apartment named luxury but all facilities need renovation. Platinum quests not welcomed and nobody really care. If you get used to better service I would recons you to choose other hotel, Sofitel JRB nearby even better in terms of service

Nice location and very friendly staff created our enjoy as comfortable as possible. The level of apartments is very (especially) hight. And same different pools gave to our children more positive emotions.

i stayed with my wife and kids for 2 weeks.We enjoyed the stay thanks to the staff at the lounge, buggy drivers ( Win, Salman, Denis . ), Carl concierge supervisor and the team from housekeeping. unfortunately no sign of management and being a Diamond member did not receive any particular welcoming / treatment from the management and did not feel any difference between us ( loyal to Accor as diamond member ) and a blue/ classic member or non member.

This is a busy Resort the apartments and layout is very good. As a general comment the staff in the lower ranks are 100% motivated but in there top outlet porter house food was outstanding but service was slow and poor we would have visited more often if this was not the case . The café is super nice staff great and quick to react. Cleaners 100% for sure. Very kids friendly and safe place for them . One of the better places to stay in Dubai for sure.

Добрый день. Хороший отдых в отеле. Общие впечатления положительные. Есть на мой взгляд некоторые недочёты: 1. Слабый завтрак. Мало фруктов. Для деток не хватает десертов. 2. Пляж- Как и на всей пальме, на пляже мало песка, вход в море зачастую в камушках и деткам и взрослым неприятно входить. 3. Не все гости передвигаясь по зданию отебя в масках. 4. Анимации для детей маловато. 5. Лично для меня- отсутствие волейбольной площадки. Приходилось за 2 недели ходить в соседний отель играть. Пару раз там был еще один гость с нашего отеля. 6. Номера- не хватает как минимум одной кастрюли, штопор, маленькие ложки, стакана 2 а человека в номере 3. Персонал убирает в номере без перчаток. Пол или не моют в номере или плохо. Не только у нас была такая ситуация. Может было еще, что то, сейчас не помню. 7. Детские горки. Нужно добавить чуть больше поток воды. Детки, особо на левой горке, зачастую не могли проехать. Воды не хватало и они не могли ехать. Но, отдых был хороший. Персонал вежливый и готов оказать содействие если вы обращаетесь за помощью. Хорошая территория.

I rarely write any reviews, despite being a platinum member of Accor and Gold for Taj Innercircle and Marriott Bonvoy and a frequent traveller worldwide, but I have to say the service at Sofitel Palm was excellent, the hotel itself was great, excellent location at the palm, and they have taken care of every minute detail when it comes to safety and precaution at the hotel. The pool is great, food is great, breakfast is great. The staff in the lounge is excellent, specially Waqaas who made sure my mother's requirements were taken care of. Even the reservation team (Diki and Krupa) were extremely prompt in replying to all queries. I think the GM has done an excellent job putting the team together. My only complaint is that the apartment geyser wasn't as efficient as cold water would come from the tap when the bathtub was barely 20% full. And at a similar price I did see Anantara next door offering bigger apartment rooms.

Поехали в отель в не простое время, переживали за тесты и в целом за прибывание в стране. Заселились в отель вечером, около 21.00, сразу пошли в ресторан вкусно покушали. Персонал очень приветливый. Завтрак разнообразный, обедать и ужинать можно в двух ресторанах, вот в них меню не меняется. И мне, как человеку, который не ест мясо, не хватало разнообразия морепродуктов. Отель очень чистый и зеленый. Вид из номера у нас был на Персидский залив и это очень красиво. Спасибо отелю и стране в целом за прекрасный отдых!

Хорошая территория , пляж, море. Немного не близко до торговых центров - но мы не особо и ехали за этим в Дубай. Зато рядом аквапарк - его стоит посетить.

Many thanks to Christophe Schnyder who has been the orchestra conductor of this vacation. And especially in the current period (covid-19), you feel totally safe within this Resort, and especially with this French Polynesian atmosphere. The apartment, the swimming pool, the restaurants, the kids club (the best in the world) and it is a diamond member who has done more than 70% of Sofitel around the world who tells you so). But what would a orchestra conductor be without his orchestra? Ramsey, the hotel manager who greets you like a member of his family, thank you again Ramsey. Thanks to Madame Garcia Itziar, the Guest relation manager, who is simply perfect, the right word. She manages all your requests and in addition she even anticipates certain requests (but how does she do it? I think she is a magician. Many thanks Itziar. How will be our stay would have been without our Butler Sajjad, this man is extraordinary, and on top of that he has the consistency of a Swiss watch. He is perfect. Sajjad just Thank you for all. Our room was kept with great care thanks to the manager of the housekeeping and his assistant Faizal (my friend stay as you are) If you want to eat Indian food, I invite you to go to Soya restaurant. Manoy, one of the managers will welcome you with a smile, and extraordinary food, don't forget to take the garlic or the cheese nan. For a chic and elegant restaurant, which you recommend eating at Porter House, Narayan is a magician, he, and his team, and especially Sebastian, will take care of you. For a perfect pizza, or an asparagus risotto, I recommend The World Eatery Restaurant. Obviously, each of these restaurants also has a large menu for children. The swimming pool with the slides, the bars, the beach with its lifeguards. You have a simply beautiful setting. Again, a big thank you to Mr Schnyder, for this achievement.
