Все очень понравилось, есть замечание на завтраке, женщина кто отвечала за гостей следила чтобы все надели перчатки и маски, но закрывала глаза на тех кто говорит на родном ей языке, никаких замечаний она не делала

Отель находится в самом ужасном районе. Вокруг грязь и полно наркоманов. Гулять рядом с отелем опасно. Меню ресторана в отеле состоит из нескольких простейших блюд. Нет даже супа. Завтраки скудные и однообразные. Больше двух дней их есть невозможно. В номерах надобные подушки и матрасы. Вокруг отеля также очень шумно из-за проезжающих мотоциклов и машин. Окна выходят на жилые дома практически в упор. Хотелось бы отметить, что персонал желает все для удобства гостей.

Excellent hotel ,good beds, friendly personnel,good breakfast and a terrific view of the city from the roof top as wel as a good location Acropolis and other sceneries are all in walking distance A joy to stay there

A really very nice hotel situated close to the metro and so able to access all the major sights so easily , the staff are very welcoming and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay , especially the food on the roof top restaurant.. exceptional and excellent value , lovely staff all round

Worst Hotel in World as location is where all Drugs users and Migrant live and around the hotel

We are robbed outside the hotel. The hotel is in a location where all drugs users are sitting outside or illegal migrant people. One of the worst places we have have lived in and Accor should not support this hotel

Всё прекрасно. Номер отличный. Хорошее, удобное расположение. Немного разочаровала кухня, завтрак за 8 дней пребывания не поменялся ни разу. Он был вкусный, но каждое утро одно и тоже.

Novotel good as always

It is a nice hotel from the brand. The breakfast was good, at there are few tables in a nice outdoor area. The roof pool was a main reason for choicing the hotel, but it could have more sunbeds than the available 5.

Nice staff but hotel needs to be refurbished

Staff are very nice but hotel really needs to be refurbished. Hotel surroundings are scary at nigh however the location is not far from Athens museum. Nice swimming pool on the roof and convenient parking.

Room for improvement

Property in not a nice location. A lot of homeless, drugs and prostitution in the surrounding streets. Hotel itself is reasonable, although the pool was only fixed mid stay and I believe it had been out of action for some months during a hot summer. Pool deck understaffed, so difficult to get service. Hot breakfast items not maintained hot, so if not at serving area when delivered they were horrible. Staff were friendly but whole experience not up to Novotel standards.

Great value for money straight in the city centre

As a typical Novotel hotel, the property was extraordinary, staff polite and helpful, room spacious and clean with daily service, regardless of Corona pandemic, but do taking all precautions. The hotel is located 5' from Plaka by taxi (around 4 euros only). Highlight: amazing outdoor swimming pool on the rooftop with great views to the Acropolis. Highly recommended particularly at night. Cons: the vicinity is a bit dangerous because of numerous immigrants in the whole neighbourhood, so avoid wandering around at night (alone or with valuables at easy sight and access). Overall, great value for money straight in the city centre and with all great facilities that a Novotel offers.

Отель предсказуемо хорош, само здание, номера, ресторан на крыше с видом на акрополь. При том, что людей было мало в наши даты (не сезон) никаких ограничений по ресторанному меню не было. Проблема одна: расположение, возвращаться в отель в сумерках неприятно. Точнее, как раз добраться до отеля - очень приятно, а вот идти к нему из центра (который на самом деле в пешей доступности) через расписанные граффити улицы с праздношатающимися мигрантами - так себе удовольствие.

Недалеко от центра и всех достопримечательностей. Минус, что сам квартал , где расположен отель, стал иммигрантским и поэтому пешком ходить в темное время было неприятно

We love the ambiance of the hotel and the room that was given to us. Although the food in the breakfast is very limited and have a very few choices the service crews gave an excellent service. The location of the hotel is a walking distance away to Archeological Museum. It is quite unfortunate that the cellphone of our chauffer going to the airport on our departure date was stolen inside his car when he is loading our carriages in front of the hotel. This thief really had a strong guts to open the door of the car to take the cellphone away in a broad daylight while our chauffer is busy assissting us

Неплохой отель , в принципе на уровне всей сети . До парламента минут 30 пешком. Завтраки скромные . Разговоры о плохом районе вокруг отеля сильно преувеличены.

One of the fine example for Accor Hotels

I am not sure if it is their culture or because they are Accor Hotel Chain employees. I find Greeks are friendly and easily approachable. The Hotel is nicely located for me - near Larissa train station, near a laundromat, near a nice eatery place called Tasty Corner and most of all, a Catholic Church is just 5 mins walk away for me to attend my Sunday morning Mass. Perfect. Thanks for the great Greek hospitality. one more thing - it may look or you may have heard or you may feel that this Hotel is located in a dodgy area, fret not. its not entirely true. I had walked back in late evenings from Omonia Station back to the hotel, passed through some off main roads and might seem like "dodgy looking" characters. nothing happen for the whole duration of my 4 nights stay there. Get the Hotel staff assistance to guide you for your travel itinerary. they are friendly and of great help.

Very central hotel with good public transport connections (the main Athens station is jut 8 minutes walk away). The surroundings are quite poor but the sights of Athens will keep you occupied enough. The hotel is well-run with very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast and good Internet that is easy to use.

Good hotel in strange location

This is very nice hotel in very strange location. Area surrounding the hotel seems very untidy, way to one of the nearest restaurants (Tasty Corner) is through filthy alley full of strange individuals. Room itself was clean but there was apparently a smoker neighbouring it, so all the smell went through. Breakfast was good but all the tables were unstable on uneven surface and wobbling. Last not good thing was payment - receptionist has to manually rewrite the credit card number into the hotel system in order to close the account? What is this!
