The staff was very friendly and supportive. The hotel is in a great location, central to all the good restaurants and the beach area is great once you cross the busy road. I felt that due to COVID the hotel breakfast was a bit of a lower standard than most of the star rating. I also found it odd that they shut down one of the elevators during due to low occupancy. A couple times we had to have a longer wait than we would have like at the elevator/lift area. The rooms were great with wonderful views of the ocean, very clean and well taken care of. Again, I have to say a very friendly and helpful staff.

Recently stayed here for two days and would definitely return. While the hotel itself is a bit older (only two elevators) there are many things going for it. The biggest plus is the service minded, helpful and very friendly staff. They would do their best to help with anything they could and especially the front desk staff was very helpful during my stay. Highly appreciated. Rooms are fairly big and the rooms facing the ocean have a great view. Just have to cross the street to be on the beach and very close to the central square as well. Breakfast was ok. With the location, friendly staff, nice rooms and prices, I will certainly be back for another stay.

Превосходно отдохнула, убирались в номере каждый день, завтраки вкусные. Обедать и ужинать ходила по разным заведениям, потому что все хотелось посмотреть, попробовать. Всё было хорошо и обслуживание и персонал внимательный и отзывчивый, только жаль что не говорят хоть немного по-русски. Немного подкачал номер- всё есть, несколько маловат. Завтраки не отличаются разнообразием, хотя довольно вкусно. И ещё: было бы очень здОрово если бы сделали подземный переход через дорогу для выхода на пляж.

We had a very ood expereicne at the Novotel Nhatrang. Great service, facilities and location. areas that can be implroved, the variety of food available at the ala carte restaurant. The quality of the food, especially room service, was very average. The Buffet breakfast was good.

I’m not sure I’ve ever felt more welcome at a hotel like I did the night we arrived. It was New Years Eve, and the lobby was abuzz, but when we got out of the car all the staff greeted me by name which made me feel so “expected” and almost like the party could start now because we had arrived!! Such a special experience. This hospitality continued throughout our stay. Our room was great - we booked a suite on the top floor given we had our kids with us, and we had a beautiful view over the ocean. The beach was great, nice chairs on the beach (although they probably could have a few more as there weren’t any spare) and the breakfast was fine. The hotel is getting a bit tired, and they do probably need to do some refurbishment, especially with all the brand New hotels being built, but it is clean and comfortable. The gym was suitable, although it needs some better air conditioning in there, and the Sauna was amazing. We didn’t use the pool as it was quite cold as others have commented. We really enjoyed the location - it’s in a better spot than the Sheraton and Intercontinential which we also considered staying st as there are a lot more cafes and restaurants around the hotel.

Property is quite dated, morning breakfast restaurant and lobby were quite disorganized and messy. However, the service and location made up for some minor shortcomings. all the staff i've encountered were very nice. the spa was good as well. Special mention to Tram, the spa therapist . very good service and well skilled the lobby bar service was excellent as well. special mention to Man, who remembers guests and rendered good service and the correct dose of friendliness.
