I've stayed here before on business and thought it would be a great place for the kids too. Booked two rooms for 3 people in each for two nights. Rooms were only made up for two people each, got bedding sent up at 10pm but turned out to be missing a duvet cover. The staff are very friendly and helpful but seem overstretched. The strangest thing here is that there's no way to contact reception other than in-person; there's no WhatsApp number as in other Accor hotels, there's no guide on the phones in-room, and even the hotel phone number found on the web doesn't work. Also, why do hotels leave one small shower gel tube for 3 people over two nights?

Bath tub that you can close, sink that you can't open, thin walls, carpet hors d'age, room close from elevators and noise despite request of a quiet corner room away from noise. Good location near the train and the DLR and much cheaper than downtown locations.

Having stayed at this hotel for many years there are still repeated issues that have not been addressed. The check in process is slow & cumbersome. The same issues apply even though I'm a platinum card member every time they ask for my credit card details even though they are on my account profile. There appears to be no consistent process that is followed as each time it is painfully slow & inconsistent.

Great location for Thames Link trains to Central London or lovely ride on the Uber Clipper up The Thames. Staff friendly and room very comfortable. Car parking an extra, at £21 for overnight stay, but worth it. We had a nice view of Greenwich from our room.

We recently stayed here for 2 nights for a family weekend trip to London. Its location next to Greenwich station made it an ideal base as it was less than 10 mins on the train to London Bridge. The hotel itself was clean and rooms were spacious enough, although our room was a little odd in its layout (the toilet in its own room well away from the bathroom with no sink and very little space in the bathrooms for towels). Overall we would return again (which is good as we have already booked to stay over easter!)

Stay: 24th-26th December 2021 Room: 2 Accessible Rooms Checked in online, very smooth process with friendly staff. Was upgraded to joining Executive rooms on the 4th floor (Rooms 405 & 407) with good amenities - coffee machine, separate shower and bath tub etc. Very spacious with desk, sofa and coffee table. Damaged light bulb in the table lamp in one of the rooms but this was very quickly and efficiently dealt with. Bar staff was very accommodating in opening a bottle of wine that was purchased off site even offered wine glasses. Check out fast and efficient with keep drop facility. Located superb being located at Greenwich Station itself. Overall would definitely recommend and come back again.

Great location with friendly helpful staff. The hotel is in dire need of an overhaul however. The corridor carpets were badly stained. The rooms were tired. It looks like the original fittings were still in Place since the hotel opened. Great breakfast good selection of drinks in the bar. Once refurbed I’ll definitely come back

check in was granted before your official check in time. 1.00 pm Friendly staff in all early check-in was granted : 1.00h pm We already plan to visit your hotel in march 2022 this was our 2nd stay after our last visit in sept 2021 We experienced a friendly welcome and was granted an early check-in at 1.00h pm We plan t come back by middle of march 2022.

Everything works well. Except the following: Frustrating when you want a coffee or cold drink during the day as the bar area is not staffed. Have to continually go to reception to ask for spomeone to take your order at the bar. I have an old injury & need a couple of extra pillows for my bed. I asked for these at check-in. Iasked again when I left the hotel to go to a meeting & when I returned much later still no pillows. I asked again the next morning & the finaly arrived that afternoon. Not just annoying as I cannot sleep very without them. I have been staying regularly at this hotel since 2008 & they used to have a note on the system that they would put the pillows in the room before I arrived. Just not a serious issue but annoying.

Excellent hotel, near all Greenwich attractions and lots of restaurants and pubs. Easy access from DLR. Excellent service and friendly staff. Clean and felt very safe. COVID restrictions in place were simple to follow.

A good stay let down by the lengthy check in process (only one person on the desk) and outdated rooms which were not cleaned properly (lots of dust and sticky ring marks visible from previous drinks). Breakfast was very good though.

This hotel is very well located for visiting Greenwich. It is beside the rail and DLR station and so is in walking distance of all the tourist attractions in the area. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and well equipped, the restaurant is excellent and the staff exemplary.

Part business & part family. 2 x adjoining rooms for 2 nights. Good to excellent overall experience. Some challenges when checking in but these were resolved. Good customer service with Antonio in the breakfast restaurant a stand out.

Very strange stay .. we checked in and paid for breakfast in advance On entering the room it had not been cleaned. Back to reception and they quickly moved us . Gave us 2 paper cups with milk and tea and advised up that even for a 3 night stay the room would not be cleaned:( we were told there was a 24 hour bar but when we asked for drinks after 10pm !! That it was bottled beer only and curtly told if I wanted a pint to come back next day. For the next 3 day every time we went for breakfast we were told we hadn't paid and each day WE had to go to reception to clear up the issue.on the last day they twice lost our breakfast order and when it did arrive it was undercooked and inedible. Now this may sound like a nightmare but executive room was lovely and all the staff did try hard. For the price this was unacceptable really different if the prices matched the amenities

There was no bathrobe as advertised.

I was very disappointed about the level of noise from the near by train station. Also, there was no coffee machine and bathrobe as advertised. Parking charges is very high compared to the surroundings.
