The receptionists were very welcoming and the appearance of the hotel was modern and clean. The rooms were basic but ideal for a short stay. We were provided with a great choice for breakfast and the restaurant meals were exceptional. The only criticism I have is that, to our disappointment, the restaurant was not open for the Friday night and Saturday night of our stay. Finding alternative dining options was very limited in the area.

Hotel was well situated for A28 motorway. Staff were extremely helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was also clean and well served for our needs including large and small towels. Breakfast was excellent.

The hotel was perfect for our one night stay, the personnel were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast just what we needed. We enjoyed a quiet night. We only stayed one night so I can't speak about the restaurant.

Stayed here for just one night on a return trip to UK. First time at a Mercure hotel and certainly not disappointed. A little tricky to navigate but my GPS got me to the Hotel which is situated by a little park - very handy for dog walking. Many times I stay at hotels wioth my dog and am given a 1st or 2nd floor room at the end of a long corridor, but here I was given a room on the ground floor, just near the front entrance - excellent!I had supper on the terrace, a really good meal land and only spoiled by the cigarette smokers who sat to let and right of me. Alas, there isn't a "No Smoking" area but it was a warm night so I sat outside and tried not to inhale too deeply.Delighted I opted to stay here and hope to visit again.

Excellent hotel, the staff were very good and spoke English. The room was very clean and the bedding was good quality and smelt fresh. The breakfast had a very wide choice good quality and was constantly topped up. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Very pleased with the standard of accommodation. Room was air conditioned, bed was large and very comfortable. Facilities in the room and bathroom were as expected. Breakfast was very good value with an ample selection of food and drink. A quiet area of Le Mans.

(--) Hotel is located close to a very busy road (and traffic lights) with window not sound-proof. (--) we asked in our booking to have a quiet room and we were offered one of the closest to the road(-) Decoration is a bit outdated and would need some refreshment(-) Our room (#230 superior) was small and a bit worn out.(+) Our double bed was very good(+) Breakfast was great e.g., fresh orange juice(++) we had a Large car park available

After a long days drive we decided to eat in at the hotel rather than popping into the old town as we usually do. We were glad we did as the meal was one of the best evening meals we have ever had in an Accor hotel. Room and breakfast up to the usual high standard.

Very comfortable, easily located Hotel. Reception and staff service very friendly and patient with our attempt at the language! Hotel room more than adequate for a one night stopover, comfortable and very clean. Meals in the Hotel were very good and reasonably priced; both the evening and breakfast selection.

We stayed here in September, It was easy to find just off the main road, in a quiet residential area, free parking in the hotel grounds. The rooms/bathrooms are clean and comfortable with air conditioning and free WIFI. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the service was great at both dinner and breakfast I would definitely stay here again.

Very kind staff! East Check-in with a personal touch. Nice, small rooms with everything you need. Parking space around the hotel. Nice bar and terrace. Not so far from the museum and the circuit of Le Mans Very good price rating.

We chose to stay overnight in this hotel on our return trip from the South of Spain. We booked a Privilege room and wow. it was absolutely amazing! The room was far superior than the pictures and description portray on the website. The hotel is in a good location, not too far from the motorway and has lots of green open space where we were able to exercise our dog. This hotel is also one of the cleanest we have stayed in, all the public areas and our room were spotlessly clean! My only criticisms were that the room was very hot and the aircon wasn't very efficient but that appears to be the case in quite a few hotels we have stayed in on our trips through France and Spain. Also at weekends there is a limited menu option in the restaurant, although the food was very good. I guess most people go into Le Mans to eat but we were exhausted from our journey. Staff at this hotel certainly deserve a special mention as we found them to be extremely friendly and helpful! Service from reception, bar and restaurant was excellent. Excellent choice of food for breakfast too.
